The bag i ordered took a long time to arrive. Colour was certainly not khaki and bag was very poor quality. Tried to return. Seems company is not based in Newcastle but China. Offered discount and partial refund to avoid returning to China. Still waiting for refund 6 weeks later. Wouldn't recommend dealing with this company.

The goods are of poor quality. Certainly not worth the price even at discounted offer.
The return shipping is to China. Even though there is a UK address on the packaging.
They have sent several offers for a partial refund and voucher for future purchases
None of which are satisfactory.
I feel totally scammed.
NEVER to buy from Ginny and co. Newcastle.

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. It dont matter if you pay a little extra amount it dont help. I have credit limit of $1,500. Last time I got anything was in dec 2025 I pay evvery month why the hell is my balance to $1382.53 after 8 months of payments. And yes I pay a little more every month.$16.00 will go to bill and 20.00 to finance.DONT GET SUCKED IN FOR CHEAP STUFF

Rubbish baskets. Advertised on their website with pictures of lovely quilted designs. Items that arrived are cheap printed material, no quilting. Absolutely dreadful. Do not buy from this company! I would give them zero if I could.

I received a FexEx pack with $2.00 worth of junk that I didn't order. They are now trying to bill me for $60 worth of stuff I didn't order - never heard of them before now. This place is a scam and needs to be reported.

Clare Bag arrived very late and I was told because of having been sold out it would come straight from the manufacturer. It arrived from china. Used it once and the rivets fixing the straps to the bag started falling off. Not possible to mend so asked for a full refund. Then got escalating offers of discounts off next purchase each time instead and I could keep the bag! Insisted on full refund and now advised to take 40% discount offer or return to china at my expense with all the packaging and unused!!
WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Furthermore I can’t see any company listed in UK even though they show a shop front on their website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - The supposed shop front is fake and the good fake. This company (Ginny&CoNewcastle) doesn’t even warrant one star. I ordered the quilted baskets and a blouse. The blouse is very poor quality, looks cheap and nasty and is smaller than should be. The sheep storage baskets are not as described, they are not hand quilted, just a cheap fabric featuring a scene of quilted sheep. Cheap Chinese products. I can see that purchasers are having issues returning goods too. Bitterly disappointed.

Do not buy from this company - the items come from china and if you want to return items you have to pay the return postage back to China which they ask is tracked. They are completely misleading customers saying they are based in Newcastle, UK, which is not the case. A scam company and should be avoided.

Avoid this company at all costs. The goods are nothing like they advertise. Poor quality cheap materials. Getting hold of the company is a nightmare. There advertisement is false. They are based in China even though they say Newcastle. You won't get a full refund like they offer they offer you a percentage. I have been quoted £35.83 to post the item back plus cutsom fees. I am still disputing this as I will not accept 50 0r 60 percent refund. They are not even one star keep your money don't but anything from them

Very similar experience to the other reviews. Wanted to return the handbag. Offered discounts which eventually increased to 70% rather than return. Alternative was to post to China at our expense. After a lot of chasing eventually received the 70% discount. Avoid

If I could give no stars I would.
They charge high prices for low quality products. Pair of shoes cost £45 which was discounted and they looked like they’d come out of Poundland. The company used AI generated images to indicate a company based in Newcastle UK but they aren’t at all. Repeatedly try to get you to take partial refund instead of return for full refund. Do not use this scam company

I recently bought a top from this company. When it arrived it appeared cheap and nasty,despite costing over £50(discounted).
Trying to return it was a nightmare and I eventually and reluctantly accepted a 20% refund.
Do not buy from this company.

Shoes not a good fit at all. Been trying to return for more than a week. No reply to emails until just one with essay as to why I shouldn’t return and that it would cost me at least £10 when the shoes are really light.8 days later still no details as to how to return or an address! Don’t fall for what looks good in the pictures like I did - and really check out the returns policy before buying anything. Terrible service, don’t use!

I received 2 items of clothing which are cheap and nasty and don’t fit so have emailed re a refund…….no reply, just more emails advertising their stuff. I’l guessing it’s like Rose & Hartley London who tell you to return to Asia. When will these companies be banned from Facebook? 😡😡😡

I ordered this bag as looking at the web site it looked really nice. Looked as if it came from a high quality shop and would arrive beautifully packaged. It was everything other than that. Delivery took three weeks, it came in a screwed up plastic bag and the quality was terrible. Cheap plastic and squashed up with labels on it from China. I have no problem with that but this bag was exactly the same as I have seen on Temu but at least they charge the going rate for a bag of this quality, the same bag on their site is £9.00 as opposed to just on £50 I paid. This is a total scam and I will be writing to Trading standards to complain. Beware the dresses are also on Temu for as little as £10 in some cases. Do not trust this company I am sure I will be fighting for refund but do not buy anything from them. Did you know a company can pay for good reviews? They must have spent a lot on them as believe me their good are cheap and disgusting quality!

I've been a customer of Ginny's for several years. I hadn't ordered in a while, but saw an item I wanted. I was shocked at not only the shipping costs for a simple $20 item, but now they also add a tariff fee in addition to sales tax. My $20 item cost over $34. I also found out Ginny's does NOT report to credit bureaus for their credit card. They only report if you're LATE. I'm pretty much done with this company. I know the tariff burden is imposed by our current administration, but it's sad that Ginny's feels it's OK to pass that burden on to customer.
