Glencoco is an awesome company and a great opportunity for business owners who need meetings scheduled and for SDRs who want the sky to be the only limit on them. It’s crazy that it feels like a game to see how many meetings I can get scheduled each day and climb the leaderboard!

I had no prior cold calling or SDR experience but decided to jump right in after watching a few of their youtube videos a few months back.

With the help of the resources available inside & great coaching from many seasoned experts, I hit the ground running and in a matter of a few months, crossed 10k.

If you're an SDR or even AE looking at creating a different way to make money using the skills you already have, you'd crush it here.

Amazing Opportunity....

I started on Glencoco back in October of 2025, and honestly it's been eye-opening. I live and travel overseas so this model of SDR work gave me an opportunity to have my homebase someplace other than the US.

I've learned an amazing amount and am making a great living considering the amount of time I spend. Without question if you bring the right skill set, you can easily be making $75-100 per hour.

Made over $16k dialing part-time hours on the platform in 30 days. Great support from both campaign owners and Glencoco. Payouts for the most part have been fast, easy coms with the AEs around meeting outcomes. Occasional platform bugs, but overall has been well worth it.

Some of the most corrupt messed up individuals here. They realized the business was failing and so then they started changing up the entire structure so they could try and make some money while scamming the daylights outta the reps. STAY AWAY!

Great company to work for. I’ve been here for 2.5 months and there’s nothing else like It that I’ve encountered. The pay Is great, staff Is responsive, there are monthly and weekly bonuses and the staff Is very responsive to my needs. Also, there are several campaigns to choose from. I highly recommend looking Into It!

Wow, i started Glencoco almost a year ago and the changes have been exciting and is user friendly, they really take care of there SDR's and love how they communicate very well with clients of any issues or finding out new updates of there campaign.

Really recommend it to any experienced SDR's/BDR's either as a side job if you have at least 2-3 hours a day to dial or any SDR that is between jobs and need some income in the meantime.

Now, I have been consistent and have decided to make it my full time role and love the freedom of remote.

Glencoco is a novel and different platform. It is a marketplace for fractional sales development representatives and companies. They built a sophisticated engine and some interesting campaigns. However, nothing worked correctly. The mini dialer was broken, campaigns ran out of leads and records were incorrectly flagged as Do Not Call. I brought this to their attention many times and did not see a resolution. My advice to management: Slow Down, test, test and test again.

I was skeptical about cold calling direct sales for my industry (cybersecurity) and skeptical of outsourced cold calling generally. Long story short, I've been blown away by this team and product. They have built a platform that makes it simple to scale up demand generation, and they've taught our team a lot about how to improve our rev ops and outbound sales motion. I have recommended them to a number of other CROs I know in the space, and am more than happy to leave this review.

Calling on Glencoco has been great. I've been able to find a couple of campaigns with Verkada and Fetch where I can easily book meetings and earn money. Excited to keep calling and see more companies join Glencoco. Also the staff here is very helpful and responsive when there are bugs or issues!

I've been with Glencoco since June 2023. From the first interaction with Ingwon on LinkedIn, it was very comfortable, professional, and just up the front.
The onboarding training videos on how to use the platform were thorough and the training for each campaign or company has been very impactful with the right information to overcome any objection.
I would recommend Glencoco to anyone looking to dive into sales for the first time, anyone who works full-time and wants to earn extra money on the side, and anyone looking to get what you put in!

Built by ppl who have never worked in sales. CEO is a greedy dirtbag. You’ll only ever chase your tail working here. All the payouts and users they claim to have are fluffed to the max.

Worked for them 2 months starting in OCT, started out great now they have decided not to pay me. I have been communicating with them through slack and they won't answer. A bunch of 20 year olds with a great concept but won't deliver. Just had a mass exodus of people in November that didn't get paid all top performers! DO NOT DO IT KEEP LOOKING FOR WORK ELSEWHERE!

Almost feels like stealing, although we must remember, that us reps do bring value to the companies glencoco works with. We get the word out, while at the same time practicing and enhancing the skills needed to learn and grow into who we want to be. Great stuff.

Thank you so much for this platform. I was looking for experience cold calling but didn't want to get into any commitment working for a 9-5 corporate company. Glencoco is like the Uber or Doordash of cold calling which is why it was the perfect opportunity for me to work on my own time with complete freedom and build the skills I needed for my next opportunity.

Glencoco is definitely one of if not the best company to work with hands down. I say this for many reasons, however I will give you a few. The leadership team is extremely professional and attentive. They are constantly finding ways to improve the SDR's experience which is contributing to building a positive and successful culture for the company and it's associated network of companies. The model is innovative, unique, and simply a breath of fresh air.

Hey, I want to write a recap about my last few weeks with Glencoco. I actually set some meetings on my first week and they paid out that Friday, so if there are any questions about whether or not they pay out, I can say they do. Now, some campaigns are better than others. Some leads go straight to mobile, which I think are the best use of my time. Other than that I can self-source if I don't feel like the leads are up to par. All in all, they've built something commendable and certainly valuable to both brands and sales development professionals.
