I have used Global Payments for my card processing for the past 23 years. Friendly & helpful staff, especially Tom Baines who has been my go to, he has answered any questions & resolved any issues quickly. Payments drop into my bank account next day. Great service, would definately recommend.

I strongly advise all business owners to avoid Global Payments Inc. 3550 Lenox Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326, US. They utilize a "bait-and-switch" tactic, offering low introductory fees only to implement massive, unannounced increases.
Our experience has been a nightmare: Unauthorized Deductions: They have withdrawn over $8,000 from our business account despite the account having zero activity since 2024.
Lack of Disclosure: They implemented a 38% fee hike without any notification and stopped providing statements, effectively obscuring the charges.
Refusal to Refund: Even after an audit proved these fees were inconsistent with our contract and activity level, they have refused to return the funds.
We were forced to have our bank issue a block on their access after our cease-and-desist orders were ignored. Check their BBB rating before signing anything—do not give this company access to your business accounts.
