Trying to leave the contract is a nightmare. Don't get a contract. They don't have a proper phone line. I've been trying to cancel my contract for the past month and they keep telling me to contact this contact that. There email service wouldn't get back to you neither. Just a nightmare and they will keep billing you non stop.

I was looked after by Azizi, the communication was incredible form start to finish. Very impressed!

Overall there were teething problems but I cannot fault Vishali Jasat who was impeccable from the start. The issues were software based, not her role, but she pressured and escalated on my behalf and remained in contact to reassure me that things were moving. In a largely faceless large company like this she is a welcome breath of fresh air.
