Truely honest and professional advice. Realistic assessment of our visa application. This was my second time to use GVA for Shengen visa as I had great experience with them earlier. This time, I used their premium service. It was not super expensive but was very speedy ,much more efficient and convenient as we just went to their office and everything was processed at one place in one go. It saved hrll of smount of time and we avoided queing up and waiting at visa application centre. It took only two weeks for the entire process and we got our second Shengen visa. We are very grateful that our visas were ultimately successful, and the assistance we received with checking our documentation and preparing our applications was helpful.
Unfortunately, the process of securing our appointments was extremely stressful. We had paid for an 8-week appointment service but, after several weeks, were repeatedly told that appointments in London were unavailable. We agreed to travel to Manchester as an alternative, but an appointment was still not secured.
With our flights, accommodation and marathon entries already paid for, we were eventually faced with either continuing to wait without any guarantee of an appointment, accepting a refund, or paying an additional £199 per person for a premium appointment in London.
We felt that by that stage we had very little choice but to pay the additional £398. While we appreciate that premium appointment fees may be outside the agency’s control, the way the process unfolded left us feeling under considerable pressure.
We are very thankful for the successful outcome and for the assistance we did receive, but unfortunately the appointment experience prevents us from giving a 5-star review.

Appointment availability is controlled by the Visa Application Centre and Embassy systems, and during busy periods standard appointment options can become extremely limited, particularly in London. Although we continued to monitor availability and also explored Manchester as an alternative, we understand how frustrating the uncertainty must have been when you already had flights, accommodation, and marathon arrangements in place.
For clarity, the additional £199 per person related to upgrading from the standard 8-week appointment service to a premium London appointment option that became available sooner. This was not intended to place pressure on you, but to provide an alternative route when standard availability was not suitable for your travel timeline. A refund option was also offered because we did not want you to continue with a service if the available options no longer met your needs.
That said, we fully accept that the process could have been communicated more clearly and with better reassurance. Your feedback is important, and we will use it to improve how we explain appointment availability, premium upgrade options, and realistic timelines to future applicants.

I read the positive reviews on Googld and decided to contact Global Visa Agents on August 6th (Thursday), as I urgently needed to get a B1/B2 visa for a training programme in New York (USA). They sent me their quotes on the very same day. Their most premium service costs £1,250 and aims to secure an interview slot within the next few weeks.
They did not push the premium service at all. Instead, they professionally walked me through the process, the steps involved, and the different services they offered. I decided to go ahead with the premium service as I needed the visa urgently.
Every penny was worth it. They started working on my application on the Thursday I first contacted them and submitted it the following Monday. I received an interview slot within two weeks of submission. They also arranged a one-hour interview preparation call with me, where they walked me through the questions I could expect and helped me prepare for the interview. My visa was approved!
This is the best visa agent service I've used. Yes, it comes with a premium price, but in my opinion, it was 100% worth it. I would absolutely recommend Emma, Tim, and the team to anyone who needs a visa urgently.

For clarity, your booking was arranged under our VVIP service, which is designed to provide a higher level of coordination and support. However, all applicants are treated equally by the Visa Application Centre and remain subject to the same official rules, procedures, and document requirements.
On the day of your appointment, you attended without a complete set of the required supporting documents. Our team was not informed in advance that documents were still outstanding. Despite this, our staff made additional efforts to assist you, including helping to prepare and print missing documents so that your application could proceed.
As a result, the process took considerably longer than expected, and the Visa Centre staff accommodated the situation for approximately two additional hours to allow the submission to be completed.
Whilst we are always willing to provide assistance wherever possible, applicants remain responsible for ensuring that the required documents are complete and available for submission. A premium or VVIP service does not remove the applicant’s responsibility to provide the necessary supporting documentation, nor can it override the Visa Centre’s official procedures.
Our team provided substantial additional support on the day in an effort to ensure that your application could still be submitted successfully. We therefore regret that this effort has been characterised as unprofessional.
