I had issues getting my Schengen Visa application form, was asked to book another appointment due to a rule issue which I had to talk through. Overall experience i am still yet to make my mind : so returning again to give them another chance

I had the worst experience with these…
I had the worst experience with these people they are unresponsive, they give BAD information that resulted my visa application to be cancelled and my husband to get a single entry 15 day visa.
They only thing they do is sell you the frickin appointment they get by using bots and they dont even respond. I HAVE SENT THEM messages over messages asking them TO CALL ME and take responsibility they went silent. Absolutely DO NOT WORK WITH this company!

For clarity, Global Visa Agent provided a free consultation, secured the appointment, completed the official visa application form, carried out a document pre-check, and supported the successful submission of the applications.
Your intended travel date was 24 August 2026, which allowed sufficient processing time. However, you later chose to withdraw your passport due to an emergency, and the passport was returned without a visa. This was not due to any cancellation caused by Global Visa Agent.
Regarding Mr Tore Erel’s visa, the visa was granted for 15 days. Visa approval, visa duration, and number of entries are entirely at the discretion of the visa officer and the relevant Embassy. No agency, including Global Visa Agent, can influence or guarantee the final decision, visa validity, or entry type.
We also wish to clarify that if a new appointment is required following passport withdrawal, the standard service fee applies again, as a new appointment and new process must be arranged. This is not unfair treatment but part of the normal visa process and service structure.
We reject any suggestion that our team acted improperly. Our role was to assist with the appointment, form filling, document guidance, and submission process, all of which were provided. We remain committed to professional, transparent, and lawful visa support.
Despite your disappointment, we remain willing to assist and support your future application wherever reasonably possible. Our team will be happy to accommodate and guide you through a new application should you decide to proceed again.

For clarity, your appointment was secured within 48 hours of payment. Payment was received on 12 May, and your appointment was successfully arranged for 14 May, which was significantly faster than standard availability at the time.
In addition, we provided our Meet & Greet service on a complimentary basis, a service normally valued at £50, to assist you on the day of your appointment.
Regarding document printing, we do not advertise or promise complimentary printing services as part of the package purchased. Our service terms and package inclusions are communicated in advance, and clients are advised accordingly.
We understand that every client has different expectations, and whilst we always strive to provide the highest level of service, it may not be possible to satisfy every individual preference. We are, however, pleased that your visa was successfully issued within approximately two weeks of submission.
