Extremely Disappointing Experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unreliable Document Review Process & No Compensation
I had a highly frustrating experience with this company while applying for a Schengen visa. The appointment booking went smoothly, but the document review service was a complete failure.
I specifically asked for a thorough review of our documents, as I expected your team to ensure everything was correct before submitting them. Unfortunately, several critical mistakes were overlooked:
Health Insurance: The policy didn’t cover all required countries. I had to scramble to adjust it last minute, causing unnecessary stress and additional costs.
Employment Letter: The format wasn’t correct, and I had to go through an embarrassing and stressful process to get my pay slips from HR in an urgent manner.
Bank Statements: Despite the checklist clearly mentioning a three-month statement, I was told mine were fine, only to find out later that one month was not enough.
Photo Format: The photo format was also not checked, which led to further delays.
Invitor’s Passport: This document was completely missed by your team, causing another last-minute scramble.
When I raised these issues, I was told that your team doesn’t review every document in detail, which should have been communicated upfront. The lack of transparency about what was actually reviewed left me in a difficult and stressful position. I even asked for compensation due to the extra costs and time spent fixing these mistakes, but my request was ignored, adding to my frustration.
I expected better professionalism, especially after paying for a premium service. It’s disappointing that I placed my trust in your team only to face unnecessary complications and delays. The communication throughout the process was poor, and I was left to figure things out on my own.
In hindsight, I strongly believe that many of the positive reviews on your site might not be entirely genuine. It’s hard to believe such positive feedback when my experience was so far from satisfactory.
I would not recommend this company for anyone needing reliable and thorough visa consultation services. The entire process was incredibly stressful, and I wouldn’t trust them with such an important task again.

For clarity, our records show that we successfully secured your Schengen visa appointment, completed your visa application form, carried out a document pre-check, and provided support throughout the process. Most importantly, your visa application was ultimately approved and granted successfully.
Visa applications involve both the applicant and the visa authorities. Whilst we provide guidance and document pre-check services, applicants remain responsible for supplying complete and accurate documentation and following the instructions provided before submission. The final assessment of documents is always carried out by the visa centre and embassy.
We also note that, following the successful visa outcome, a request was made for compensation and a refund. When this request was declined in accordance with our service terms, we were informed that a negative review might be posted. Whilst we respect every client's right to leave honest feedback, our position regarding refunds was based on the fact that the contracted services had been delivered successfully, including appointment booking, application preparation, document review support, and a successful visa outcome.
We appreciate that visa applications can be stressful, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we remain proud of the assistance provided by our team and the successful result achieved in your case.
