GMG watches Ltd Reviews

great service, well priced and really happy with my watch they sourced for me.

This is the first review I've ever posted but after such an excellent service it is the very least I could do!

I dealt with zack at GMG and from start to finish he was fantastic!! I was a little un sure about sending such a large amount of money over to someone id never met but he kept me updated and reassured me every step of the way. (Even video called me whilst he was eating hes dinner!) As I needed some peace of mind i was going to get what I paid for.

He explained what day he would be posting and said id recieve it by 1pm the next day which I did!

The watch itself is exactly how it was described if not better and looks exceptional! I'm over the moon with it

Honestly, i will never use another watch dealer again and will certainly be recommending to anyone I know who is interested in a luxury time piece.

Thanks zack and the team at GMG you are the best at what you do!

Thanks to all the team at GMG. Faultless service, I contacted them a few days ago to see if they had a watch I wanted, they had sourced brought it up from london and had it ready for me the next morning in liverpool. Highly recommend these guys, delivering a service most can only aim for.

GMG Watches.
Purchased my 3rd watch today from Lee & Zack!
Both very professional and polite, they went out there way to help me out with my watches can not thank them enough for all the hard work they do behind the scenes!
10 out of 10 thanks guys! 100% recommend.

Exceptional customer service and support especially given the distance I travelled to purchase. Zach and his team are brilliant and I will be a returning customer in the near future. Thank you, I love my Rolex Submariner!

Dealt with lee and the service was great, sourced the watch I wanted and organised the meet for the watch very sufficiently, would definitely use Gmg again in the future felt reassured with every single detail!

purchased a Rolex Submariner and set up finance with Duologi. The deposit was taken and left my account. I have received no information about delivery or what happens next. Communication poor, buying process poor, customer service poor. I am still waiting for my watch after you have taken the deposit.

Great service. Dealt with Zack who always kept me informed of delivery etc. Watch arrived as described - like new! Would recommend.

My recent purchase was done with no hassle and was delivered on time. Lee is great lad who had my request dealt with promptly. I am looking forward to doing more business with GMG as my own progresses. If you want a watch and are unsure who to turn to its 100% GMG.

Lee is such a down to earth person, easy to deal with and the whole deal was done within minutes. I gave him the watch and within 3-4 miNutes the funds were in my account. I would highly recommend and will definitely be doing business again.

Lee and Zack were great to deal with and very professional, they spent a great deal of time chatting to me and talking me through various models that I was interested in. Their product knowledge and level of customer service are very impressive. I highly recommend That anyone who is looking for their next watch should give GMG a call. Thanks again guys and I look forward to my next purchase from you

Lovely lads, very professionally set up! From their 24hr concierge phone service to their offices. Had exactly what I wanted the same day, was more than happy to put a free link in it to make the watch fit my wrist.

Can’t imagine using another watch dealer in the future, everything they said to me they did which was very reassuring when spending that kind of money.

if you don’t know, Get to know!

Excellent service, excellent knowledge you could not ask for a better team.

Bought two watches of GMG and the overall experience was awesome. Impeccable service and super responsive communication, lightning fast shipping and perfect products. Bought a new and a used Rolex and the used ones condition was even better than I hoped for. Sure will reach out to GMG again when looking for my next watch.

Guys at gmt made the process of sourcing my 2014 hulk very easy and they didn’t lie when they said the condition was 10/10 and price was good too aswel as my trade in price , I will definitely use their service again that’s for sure .

Fantastic experience dealing with Zack at GMG, in less than a week he sourced me The watch internationally and had
it ready to collect. Both him and his brother Lee are great, friendly knowledgeable lads, most importantly very trust worthy. Look forward to buying from them in the future again!

Good service and lovely watch! Thanks lee 👍🏼

A fabulous all round experience from Zack & Lee at GMG Watches. After much research I was delighted to buy my 2019 Unworn Submariner Date from the guys.
I decided I wanted to collect from their new offices in Liverpool in person & drove up from Surrey. I’m glad I did as it was a pleasure meeting both of them .. both passionate about watches & giving a quality customer experience.
I was introduced to GMG Watches by Chronohunter .. who themselves were excellent too. I’m a very happy customer.

A genuine 5 star service. Lee had sourced me the watch I always wanted and went out his way to have it hand delivered to me. Top service. Highly rated. I don't normally write reviews but hats off to Gmg! I will 100% be buying again soon

superior customer, timely in payments and very kind 🤩🤩
