Disappointing so far. Everything was explained what the problem was over the phone. Now I have to wait for a piece of hose to be ordered which is to cost over £57 - how much is GoAssist adding on to the cost from the supplier???

2) However, I would politely suggest some changes on the telephone interface at your office at the start because i had expressly sought some cleaning services to be carried out only to be advised by the engineer that these had not been included after all in the first bill that i paid upfront.

Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks. Sent out a useless engineer who told me within 10 seconds the appliance wasn't repairable. Got charged £100 for the pleasure. Now getting an email to say I'm going to be charged £89.99 for a membership I didn't even sign up for. Phone number on the email takes you to a bot who says they can't cancel the membership over the phone so have to send an email instead. Absolutely useless service just squeezing money out of people who are trying to repair their appliances whilst being offered discounts by this 'repair service' to buy a new appliance instead. How about just doing what you advertise and repairing appliances? Rather than charging people for doing absolutely nothing.
Plus - word of advice if you want to get through an actual human: rather than selecting options to discuss an existing case, which leads to a dead line; select the option for new business and they'll put you through pronto!
This business should be investigated and shouldn't be allowed to operate.
