The people on the phone are always really polite, and take the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. At 73 my memory is slowly disappearing, but these people, are polite to me, and repeat things without getting "huffy", and I really appreciate this. If people are looking for a decent reasonable company, then try this one!

Diabolical, promise a repair service but take 9 days to book an engineer, couldn't go on without a fridge freezer so forced to cancel and buy a new one. Don't waste your money on this insurance.

The agent listened to what I said. The agent knew what he was talking about. With the answer he gave. After filling my claim to repair my freezer. I was emailed with in 10 to 15 minutes. Excellent service.

I am having an awful time with Big Warranties, they keep calling me up, they are making it VERY difficult to end the policy. I would under no circumstances take out a warranty with this company.
