The young lady, Gemma, who took our call was attentive to our need, as senior citizens, didn't try and push anything on us. Recognised our circumstances, and we got the best outcome. A win win. This has not resolved. I was asked to follow some technical guidelines which I did and now I am waiting for the company to get back to me to follow up my claim. There is no urgency with them!

I used the customer service line to report a dishwasher fault. The Customer Service advisor was Sam he was very helpful and informative going through the form with me, explaining the next steps and what to expect

Helen was very helpful and pleasant and I agreed to take out extra cover!
I was told I would get a refund of £85.
However I got a text saying it would only be £50 as there was a £30 admin fee!
I got in touch the next morning and have been told that was an error and I will be refunded the full £85.02

Your agent Sam was very pleasant. Yr system of question asking was very long considering you already had the information. Yr website for making a claim did not work - once started it did not allow my input of full info. However my start of the claim process had been logged which prompted the very long telephone call.
