Very helpful staff, interesting course which needs a buggy if you're not very mobile.

I cannot understand why, when you book through the golf now app, it costs more than to book direct with the actual golf club. I thought these teetimes that are offered are supposed to be discounted. I do not agree with having to pay a booking fee on top of the green fee which is either the same price as what the clubs are charging or dearer.

Booked a round on a Hot Deal thru Golfnow but the Course closed because of high winds. Tried to get in touch with Golfnow to get refunded and there is no email to send your enquiries to.
Eventually found a phone number which I rang and the issue was solved straight away. Think there needs to be a much simpler, quicker way to get in touch with Golfnow.

It was very poor, the golf course that I booked was closed, I contacted yous and there was no response a waste off £68

This is an easy booking system and if all you want is a game works well.

On an anniversary weekend with my wife, I booked through this system and we were, without any notification from them, paired with another two ball. They blamed the course, the course blamed them. Thankfully the course was not busy and were able to sort it out and our romantic weekend was rescued. If the course was not busy, why the pairing?

Other than that, easy to use and cost effective.

I have been using this apps to book golf for almost a year . Easy to find out which course is right to your need.

Booked several rounds of golf at Surrey Downs, never had any issues and have paid competitive rates!

I’ve used this company for several years on many courses without problem. Great for the nomad golfers not able or willing to pay £1k+ in green fees, or for the member who likes to play a different course occasionally. Generally giving a discount on the club’s green fees and very accommodating if a booking needs amendment or cancellation.

Golf now has been good, allowed to play on a normally £45 a round golf course…for £12 !!! Sensational value, admittedly it was January, cold, but opened up the shoulders, getting some practice for this year …not bad in my opinion :)

The golf club cancelled my round of golf the morning of my round because of flooding of the coarse.A week later I am still waiting for a refund.I called the same morning it got cancelled.

Prices competitive and courses were as described.

Paid upfront, no problem escorted to bay and given the talk ,fine was told odd number clubs are this side even number other side but can use any .
Half way through game another bay was occupied but different guy giving the talk to newbies said to me your clubs are on your side so don't use even number clubs .
Then 10 minutes before we finished guy came up and asked if we were adding more time on but had long chat to us regarding this approx 6 to 8 minutes then realised we were out of time now .
Went for meal got drinks waited 10 minutes then staff came up and asked for full payment before meal was prepared 🙃 10 minutes f### I thought it was the meal that he was bringing.
Not good not happy not be back .
PS I know it was just opened and bound to have teething problems but should be supervised at start
Not sure of date we went but maybe a month after opening

Absolutely Awful took full payment off me for a course that was closed - unable to contact anyone at GolfNow
Second time I've posted this never had any contact from golf now
Will never use them to book a round again.

Quick and easy to use with excellent discounts. More courses would be good.

Very easy to book and reserve tee off times with good savings.
