I saw an 18 hole course that I hadnt played before & paid for 2 people.
When I got to the course they told me it had been reduced to a 9 hole course months beforehand & GolfNow had been informed - although they still show it as 18holes!
I was angry because I had travelled over 25 miles to get there

I love this app it has hot deals for courses I wodnt normally play always some where nearby to play where ever I am except benidorm lol well worth the money saved me loads

Used the service via the app for a few years now. Can't falt it. A couple of times I have had tee times cancelled due to the weather, I recieved my money back without any drama. Would highly recommend this company.

No problems booking the rounds on a number of local courses here in North Wales. Play once every two weeks so usually only pay for one round a month using the special deals, admittedly at the time provided. But that is not a problem if you are retired and flexible. Mid day starts mainly given priority in special deals. Will certainly join up again next year.

I have just renewed my Golf Pass annual subscription for the 3rd time. I find it very good value for money and the monthly vouchers are a bonus if you are able to play at the designated times. As a retired golfer I am happy for any discounts and have recommended Golf Now to several of my friends.

Ease of access to website, straight forward to book

Very good easy to use app. Good deals on tee times, generally members guest prices or better. Always received refund when not able to play due to weather. Get to play all the local courses instead of same course week in week out.

Rarely great prices and discount codes that never work

They often email codes for use when booking but they never work.
It is pretty much always cheaper to book direct

Decent platform for finding a round of golf all over … some good deals if your flexible with your tee off times

Unfortunately course was closed due to bad weather. Had to ring Ben and ask for refund which he agreed and did so.

Golf now is the best golf app to book great casual golf at your pace and your tee times. As many golf clubs are so expensive ,golf now is a golfers life saver , playing on the best courses at unbelievable prices , and even better when you pick a hot deal ,plus if you join golf now as a member you get a cash discount voucher once a month to use on any golf now booking, so easy to book so easy to pay , so easy to play golf without emptying your bank balance. Golf now is the way to go

Easy to use booking process on the app.
Never had any issues after using golfnow for about three years.
My experience is that the later you book the more courses are available.

GolfNow is so easy to use. I love the fact that you can adjust the mileage radius and search for courses in your locality. Bringing up prices and tee times online is so much easier than phoning the club you want to play. In essence it just gives you so much choice to pick where, when and how much you pay for a round. It's my go to app when I want to play a course other than my own club. It's especially useful if you're away from home and you want to play in another area. Using the reviews left enables you to see what others thought of a particular course before you decide to play it.

You can get good deals on this IF you are willing to play at specific times. That said, they also send "promo codes" for further deals but in my experience they haven't worked (that's three so far in the space of a month) and I've had my time wasted by one of their customer service people (cheers Scott). So there we have it, you can get a good deal but they make loads of claims that you'll get this and that and much of it comes to hee haw.

Update: Well it doesn't get any better. Having done the square root of absolutely zero to resolve the issues they send me this:

Further update, one week on.
It seems as though they now intend to ignore my communications. So either I've to accept that I won't be getting the promised £40 voucher to spend with Taylormade or perhaps that part of Golfpass membership is actually just a scam like their other money off promo codes. I don't suppose I'll ever find out as their customer service people don't reply to my emails.

Having booked a Sunday Driver two months prior we were told six days before the hotel was fully booked. When I phoned the hotel they told me there were plenty of rooms available. They said they had never received a booking from this company. The pro shop confirmed they had no booking for tee times either. Only the involvement of the Marriott hotel manager enabled our trip to happen. Over 700 members of our club will now be made aware of this company in our monthly newsletter.
If you take the risk then you’ll take the consequences! Never will we book with this company again.

Booked a tee time and we were a little late, told we had to go off at the correct time, no leeway at all. Tried to use the golfnow website to complain and get a refund, no. There is a phone number you need to call, I didn’t call to make my booking. Amazing how companies hide complaints procedures behind a veil of red tape.

I received excellent cutomer service today from Jamie at GolfNow UK. Clear, effective and helpful support. Issue sorted in a very professional manner. Thanks!
