Loadup "compliance" and support…

Loadup "compliance cancelled my account May 2025. The customer did not respond to the messages I sent through the app. The customer intern communicated with Loadup who determined I violated their rules. For not providing service to said customer. I had received 31 five star reviews before this. I did about 35 loads total while on their platform.
There is no corporate contact according to Niko March 29, 2026. I need the 2025 1099 NEC from loadup. For the contracts my company completed. I'm getting no follow up from compliance@ goloadup.
emails, FB messenger or texts communications.

If I could give a negative number, I would.
Collects money up front— has no way to get the job done. Then Charges 50% if you won’t continue to reschedule or agree to unreasonable extensions.

I booked a small job (mattress/box…

I booked a small job (mattress/box spring) for morning pickup. The house was an hour away from my current residence. The arrival window was 8am to noon. I arrived at 8am and waited for their call. I received a text at 10am informing me that they would not be able to pick up in the am. After some back and forth, they told me to leave the mattress and box spring in the driveway (I couldn’t stay all day). At 5pm they said they would not be picking them up and offered to reschedule for a different day. This was not an option. I would not recommend these guys. Flaky.

Excellent customer service.

Najee showed up on time. He was very
professional & pleasant. He had everything loaded in less than an hour. I would definitely use Load Up again. The process from start to finish was easy.

Moving furniture

They came moved furniture quickly and the price was very reasonable and was able to make payments because moving is very expensive the movers we kind and pleasant !!!!

No-Show, Wasted My Entire Day, Then Tried to Keep Half My Money

I scheduled a mattress pickup through LoadUp for $114. The service window was 8am to 8pm, which is already a massive window, but I agreed to it. I rearranged my entire day to be available.
By 4pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. They assured me a crew would call 30 minutes before arrival. No big deal, I thought.
Then at almost 6pm, I get a text saying they "encountered an unforeseen scenario" and may not be able to complete the service. No crew available. I had been waiting for nearly 10 hours at that point with a mattress sitting in my kitchen and guests arriving the next morning.
When I asked for a refund, they told me their terms only allow a 50% refund if the order is canceled "this early." Let me be clear: they failed to show up, not me. They then said if no crew was found by 8pm, I'd get a full refund. I agreed and asked them to let me know either way.
At 7:45pm, with still no update, I had to reach out again. Only then did they confirm the order was canceled and that they'd process a full refund.
The entire experience was unacceptable. A 12-hour service window they couldn't even honor, zero proactive communication, and an initial attempt to charge me 50% for a service they never performed. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.

Fair price, easy to use

I appreciated the guaranteed pricing when I made the reservation. You do prepay for the service but I used another junk removal service for my spare bedroom furniture and the haggling was unpleasant for me. The assigned crew showed up on time and the communication was excellent on the day of the removal. Would definitely use again!

Good Service will use them again

What I like is the time slot 8am to 12noon that I had. They called to let me know they will be there soon I met them downstairs and walked up to my apt with them, the items where right at the door so they did not have to go far in side my apt by me only having two items they were in and out in no time good job guys.

Great experience

Recieved a notification early in the morning the day of the pickup that the pickup had been assigned. Recieved a follow up notification once they had figured out a time slot during the day. Good communication overall coordinating when they would arrive.
Moving the furniture was quick and easy. Greatly appreciate the help. Thank you!

Great Experience All Around

Great Experience All Around - we had a great experience all around with LoadUp. The call I made to request information and book my pickup appointment went great. Quick, real time quote and appointment made in less than 10 minutes. Very reasonable as well. When we needed to add a chair for pickup to our appointment, we used the appointment confirmation email link to "manage our appointment". That was also super easy. Finally, the people that came to pickup our furniture were fantastic. They were on time, courteous, quick and efficient with taking our furniture away.
We would recommend LoadUp to our friends, and we would happily do business with them again.

HORRIBLE! This company doesn't deserve any stars

This company doesn't deserve any stars. I'm addressing the Albuquerque, NM "location". I have a unique situation and was looking for a removal company fir a king mattress with same-day service. LoadUp offered that if scheduled before 2pm. LIE! They also offered 7 days a week service. LIE! Pretty sure the initial text communication is Ai. I scheduled service on a Friday and was assured it would happen on that Saturday. On the day of, the "sourcer" texted and said he couldn't find anyone in my area to take the job. Whaat?? How can you schedule ahead of time without knowing if you had loaders available? I was also told that loaders don't usually work late on weekends. Then why, oh, why would you offer that option and allow someone to schedule that time?? On top of that, unlike other companies, you have to pay upfront before the job is done. My bad for not doing better research and reading the reviews. I canceled (had no choice), with no future schedule. No longer trusted that they would follow through. I did receive a full refund within a day (paid through PayPal).
Bottom line: The whole experience was extremely stressful. This company has no transparency, unprofessional, unreliable, horrible business practice. DO NOT USE THEM. I repeat: RUN! DO NOT USE THEM!!
If you're local, I highly recommend Junk King.

Repeat LoadUp customer applauding fine work!

2nd time to utilize LoadUp on some household junk removal and LoadUp came through in fine fashion for me. Quick, easy inquiry and request process, easy payment ops and the LoadUp crew came 1st thing the following morning, loaded up and blazed off with my discards all within about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend LoadUp. I will not hesitate to contact them again, as needed. -nice job, gang!
