Even though the staffs came in a few hours later than expected because of bad weather, but they kept me posted. They picked up my furniture quickly and I’m very happy with this service.

The guys were prompt and polite. Very strong and they were able to make the process super easy (even with me annoying them making suggestions because my house layout is weird lol) they were very professional and did a great job moving super heavy furniture. I would definitely use LoadUp again. Those guys were awesome.

I strongly advise against using this company.

I scheduled a simple junk removal for three items—a couch, mattress, and box spring. I paid in advance and was given a service window of 12:00–4:00 PM EST. I also drove 3.5 hours to meet them at a college apartment, since I live across the state.

They stated they would call the night before—they never did.

The morning of, I only received an automated email stating a driver named “Chad” would be assigned. Beyond that, there was zero communication.

As the 4:00 PM window approached, I still hadn’t heard anything. I called multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone. When I finally got through after several attempts, even their support team could not contact the driver.

By 4:30 PM (30 minutes past the service window), no one had shown up. At that point, I was told that if I canceled, I would only receive a 50% refund—despite the fact that they completely failed to provide the service.

So in the end, I:

Lost a full Saturday

Wasted a tank of gas

Paid for a service that was never delivered

This was a complete failure in communication, reliability, and customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Positive experience. On time and no issues….

I want to think everyone at Load Uo for their hard work. I had a difficult move with 69 boxes and they were able to clear them out very quickly. The lead tech was Michael and his staying in communication during the day of removal, and he was fast as hell. I think this may be my first review written on Trust Pilot and was happy to provide it.

Great service from beginning to end, one thing I will have to say is each time I spoke to a team member of Load Up they were kind and professional, they answered my questions without hesitation.

My appointment was continually set back all day, until it was finally dark. Very poor communication with the driver. As I was just moments from cancelling my credit card payment, I was finally contacted by customer service who promised first pickup the next morning. He was easy to work with, thoughtful and understanding, and just as promised, the loaders were at my house the next morning to remove my item. They were professional, polite, and were gone in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely call on them again! Thank you especially to customer service for making this right!

They were on time and got it done in less than an hour. And, that involved getting heavy items from the third floor and a lot of paint cans.

Quick, efficient and professional.

I had an appointment with these people I made 10 days in advance. My window was between 8-12. At 12 I got a text saying they are not able to find anyone to come and pick this up. I took a day off work and sat here waiting on someone that had no intention of showing up. They text me 20 times and ask to make an appointment for the next day and here we are, the next day and nothing. NOTHING. This is how they conduct business. They make appointments and don’t show up; multiple times.

Christina and her family showed up on time and were so kind and efficient! Highly recommend.
