I used my backpack every day for almost 8 years. Now I had a problem with the zipper, within one week gomatic’s team sent me a new bag. I’m ready very happy with this level of service and their lifelong warranty. Thank you!

Takes forever for the to respond and I still have not received my refund. I have never come across a company so complacent and careless with its customers.

Ich hatte eine Garantiefall mit meinem Travel Pack, den ich 2017 (!) gekauft und seitdem verwendet habe: der Reisverschluss ist rausgesprungen. Innerhalb von 5 Tagen wurde der Fall bearbeitet und ich bekomme einen nagelneuen Rucksack zugeschickt. Bester Kundenservice, den ich kenne! Das Produkt ist von höchster Qualität, ich kann Gomatic/Nomatic wärmstens empfehlen!

My order was delivered insanely quick (ordered Sunday, arrived wednesday midday) ... the backpack I went for is hands down the nicest piece of luggage I've ever had in my collection >>> sooo many inside pockets, super solid materials and a great fit. You could truely wish for nothing more

Wish I could give a product review but can't since luggage not delivered before my panned holiday. Ordered in plenty of time but DHL service beyond terrible. Waste of my time and money. My advice to Gomatic is choose a different delivery company.

Everything went fine and the product is great.

Absolutely love the quality and design of the bags. Built to last, super functional, and look great too. Fast delivery and solid customer service — couldn’t ask for more (though I still haven’t figured out how to register the products without a serial number).

PS: If you’re launching a £360 backpack, maybe include the £15 accessory straps next time (especially since they’re shown in the product photos). They’re the same ones you can get on Amazon for about £2 so I’m sure including them with the main product won’t bankrupt you. Charge £15 if people want more but at least send your product complete!

I’ve bough three items from Gomatic, travel pack expandable, collapsible duffel and collapsible sling. Ordering process is easy and delivery is very quick. All items are high quality and well engineered. Prices are not cheap but if you take advantage of online discount codes and season sales you get really good value for money.

Geomatics are first class with the best back packs and accessories to add. Highly recommend as you get real quality.
