We recently had a broadband/phone outage for over a day, during end-of-month deadlines, as a result of damage caused by local roadworks. SCG weren't responsible for this but Luke W in particular was extremely helpful in diverting the phones to a mobile, monitoring the expected repair time for us so that we could plan accordingly, and checking all was in order with the router/phones once we were up and running again. Can't fault the customer service we received, thank you!

I cannot praise Luke highly enough for the help he gave me in resolving a technical problem with my Evonex Connect app.

From the outset, Luke was incredibly helpful, patient and determined to get the issue sorted. What could easily have been dismissed as a difficult technical problem, Luke refused to give up on. He went above and beyond, working through the issue thoroughly and stopping at nothing until he found a solution.

His knowledge, professionalism and, most importantly, his attitude towards helping a customer were absolutely first class. It is clear that Luke takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about getting things right.

We had been experiencing a number of ongoing issues with our telecoms system, and Tim from SCG South West came out to our premises yesterday to investigate and resolve them.

From the moment he arrived, Tim was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything clearly and work through the issues with us. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he genuinely went above and beyond to help get things sorted.

It was refreshing to have someone who was not only knowledgeable but also approachable and willing to take the time to make sure everything was working as it should.

We really appreciate all of Tim's help and would have no hesitation in recommending him. An absolute credit to SCG South West!

We were having issues within our workplace with wifi signal. The company came and surveyed our current equipment and completed a full wifi upgrade throughout a large building. They listened to what we needed and also moved a few IP units to increase the signal in problem areas. The engineer was professional and very efficient. We are very happy with the service received.

Gareth was very quick to answer a call conferencing question I had and come up with a solution. Great service as always.
