Brian was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Brian is easy to talk to. He listens well and is very personable. He was able to create the perfect itinerary the first time and even suggested things I hadn't thought of, but is a perfect fit for me and what I want my experience in New Zealand to be.

Working with Brian made planning our second retirement trip effortless. Not sure what we wanted, but Brian offered alternatives and provided details in both a walk through audio presentation AND a google map tour of a trip itinerary that provided images of the locations we could visit along with accommodation information. It really sold us. We were able to customize our trip from there to allow for additional site seeing along with adding an addition nights stay with no issues. We discussed our preferences over three phone calls and I can say we are pleased with the outcome. I'd recommend Brian if you are planning a trip to New Zealand or Australia. I made some inquiries about a planned trip to New Zealand, and the staff at GoNewZealand were very responsive, and discussed over the phone various options for travel, particularly on the South Island. They followed up, but allowed me time to explore other options. In the end, I decided to join a hiking tour instead, but the motor coach tour offered looked very reasonable for a tour with less hiking involved.

This is the ultimate luxury concierge experience . Everything is laid out for you and you don’t have to lift a finger. It saves so much time. Just show up and enjoy your vacation!

Several things were great..primarily the people.....our agent Cian has been very very good..he returns calls and messages , he is very patient with our questions and very accomodating when we come up with changes. Lastly when we call the general number,everyone has been nice and helpful.

Brian is great!

Brian worked with me on budget and experiences. After a little back and forth, I got exactly what I was looking for. He was helpful with questions about weather, driving, visas, etc. He also took into account that we needed to end at the university where my child is studying abroad. Even though we are moving her in after our trip ends, Brian still offered advice and help for getting me back to the airport after.

Brian was so knowledgeable and responsive to both my questions and my preferences. Although we are half a world apart, he easily made a convenient schedule for us to meet on more than one occasion. I could not have asked for a better agent. 5+ stars on each and every category for all of my interactions with him.
