Great product. Great Customer Service
My first order was accidentally double ordered. They called me to confirm this was an error before processing both. Before I even realized. This is the best protein powder I’ve come across. I love that it’s Canadian. There’s no issue with their subscription process and it’s easily paused or changed in any way. Great customer service. I do agree, however, that a plastic scoop in every bag is overkill. Perhaps give 1 good quality scoop with the first order only.

Avoid Good Protein – Unwanted Subscriptions and Held Data
I am writing to warn others about my recent experience with Good Protein. After a single purchase on April 12, I was automatically enrolled in a subscription without my consent or knowledge, leading to an unauthorized shipment. When I contacted customer service (Tara), they canceled the subscription but refused to process a return or refund for the unwanted items. Most concerningly, despite my account being paid in full, they are refusing to delete my credit card details from their system until November 2026. Please be extremely careful when ordering from their website; ensure you aren't being subscribed without your knowledge and, most importantly, never store your card details in your account

I absolutely love a good protein, there are no words for how much better I feel after I've started using it!
Also the customer service from Siena and Charlie was exceptional! Friendly and professional. As a senior manager of a call center I'd be proud to have them as my employees!

Avant de commander, soyez avisés que, si vous vous abonnez pour profiter du rabais, vous recevrez tous les mois la même commande MAIS au prix régulier. Ce n’est pas clairement expliqué. De plus, à partir du moment où vous vous abonnez, c’est difficile de se désabonner AVANT d’avoir été chargé une deuxième fois. Ils refusent le remboursement à moins que vous ne fassiez un commentaire négatif sur leur site, qui, même si vous refusez de l’ôter, sera de toute façon supprimé. Ceci explique les bons reviews en quantité astronomique…. J’ai tout de même gardé les produits, qui croupissent dans mes armoires.

Love this product
Love this product. Never gritty or chalky. It's great that it is not sweet. Next to no sugar in it. Highly recommended to everyone. We have been using for close to 2 years.

The samples at Costco were not good at…
The samples at Costco were not good at all and tasted different than the regular package and I bought a huge package so it's going to take me a long time to finish it. The sample was very bland and chalky and no substance to it.

Best Protein Powder
I love this protein powder.
I emailed them a question a couple months ago about ingredients due to my dietary restrictions.
Today, I happened to email again and they immediately responded and made a suggestion based on those dietary needs that I hadn’t mentioned this time. Charlie remembered - even if my email was tracked and documented - how often does that level of service happen??
Also, nothing better than finding a great Canadian company.
Our whole family loves these shakes and as someone with high dietary needs, it’s the only protein powder that agrees with my gut health. The regular higher protein ones work for low histamine needs. Bravo!!!

FINALLY, a perfect dairy-free protein shake!
It's hard to find a delicious dairy- free protein shake, but I finally found it! Made in Canada too!
The all in one shakes are so tasty and satisfying. I have at least 1 every day and highly recommend them...especially the strawberry and cookies and cream flavours.
The subscription option on their site is a great deal and very flexible. I was easily able to adjust the time frame to suit my needs.
Great product and great company.

Exceptional support and tastes great!
I recently had a bit of a hiccup trying to apply a discount code during the Spring Sale, but I was so impressed by the customer service experience. They responded incredibly quickly and provided a solution to resolve the issue almost immediately.
Once the code was applied, shipping was impressively fast. As for the product itself, the taste is fantastic! We really love the wide variety of flavors available. Highly recommend for both the quality of the protein and the top-tier support.

Good Protein is the best plant based protein powder I have tried. The flavours are delicious and it blends beautifully with no gritty texture. The high protein option with bcaas is great for the strength training days and the regular shakes paired with almond milk give me a great option when I need a quick meal option on the go.
