Great product. Almost all the flavours of this protein are delicious. Even couple of the ones I didn't care that much for were still decent. They had one limited edition flavour 'Eggnog' that came out last Christmas that is hands down the best protein drink I have ever had in my life. I truly hope they will bring it back. Their customer service is great. Get back to you really quickly when you email them with questions. Overall a very good experience with this company. Highly recommend.

I have had the most frustrating experience with their customer service team. They are very polite, but no one seems to read the actually messages I send about the delivery details/phone number/ address. They continue to keep the wrong information on file, continue to share that wrong information with their delivery company and my packages continue to be sent back to their headquarters! I don’t know what to do. I can’t seem to get it delivered, no matter how many times I reach out. They get my messages, don’t seem to read them, don’t fix the problem and send erroneous information back. It’s like speaking to a very kind wall!

Update: Resolved! After confirming my shipping details many times, someone finally updated them on my order. My product was delivered. They were always courteous-- I just wish I had not had to reiterate the same information over and over to have it corrected. I like their product, so I will continue to order as long as this experience doesn't happen again.

I’ve tried a lot of vegan protein mixes. Good Protein has been the best I’ve found. The texture is smooth and not grainy like a lot of other brands and there are some truly tasty flavours. I also love that they contain fruits and veggies. To top it off it’s a Canadian company and made in Canada. Ordering from the website is easy. Delivery was less than a week.

ad a very disappointing experience with this company. I did not enjoy the taste or quality of the protein products I received, and unfortunately they were not usable for me.

What was even more frustrating was the subscription process and customer service. I found it difficult to cancel my subscription, and I was charged for another order without realizing it was about to renew. As a result, I now have six bags of protein that I cannot use.

Overall, I was very dissatisfied with both the products and the customer experience. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully review the subscription terms before ordering

Great product! I was in Canada and found this on the grocery store shelf. My sensitive stomach always has me looking or non-whey protein options so I picked this up. Pleased is a massive understatement. Great taste (I got the chocolate), super smooth, with no weird aftertaste or texture issues. I really enjoyed Good Protein and wished I had grabbed a few bags (and other flavors!) before heading back to the states. I'll be first in line if/when distribution starts here!

The protein powder itself is good quality and I have no major complaints about the product. It mixes well, tastes decent, and delivered the results I expected.

Unfortunately, my experience with the company was much less positive. The ordering process led me into a subscription plan that was not as clear as it should have been, and cancelling the subscription was far more difficult than expected. What should have been a simple process required multiple steps and unnecessary effort.

If you're interested in the product, I would recommend paying close attention to the subscription terms before placing an order. Good product, but the subscription practices left a negative impression.

I bought the Pina Colada and It taste like an exotic drink. It’s really good. This company is amazing to deal with. The customer service is one of the best I’ve ever had to deal with. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The people at Good Protein are concerned about their customers! I am so grateful for the communication we've had. Anything from contents to temporary cancellations, they are there to support us. This experience makes me feel cared about! That along with the protein powder makes me even prouder that they are a Canadian company!

The Pina Colada shake is amazing!! I was really pleased to see this come back in stock - it's a part of my everyday routine. I've tried every flavoured protein at Costco but none of them compare. I would really recommend Good Protein for those looking for a protein that doesn't taste like protein.

The first taste, I loved it! It has made my recovery so much quicker. The staff goes above and beyond, just fabulous all round. The flavor selection! You can't not find one that you'll love. I'll be recommending to everyone I know.

I recently ordered my favourite 2 shakes from Good Protein and they arrived quickly and with no hassle.
I’ll be purchasing from their website again as opposed to Amazon Canada because it seems like the shipping is faster than I experienced before.

SUch a great service! I had second subscription on my account somehow, I did not remember subscribing for it.. And I needed to cancel that subscription with shipment on it. After I sent email with cancellation request, it was processed fast. I am very pleased with quality and variety of protein shakes and now even more with service! Thank you very much!!!!

The powder mixes well in almond or coconut milk. There is no chocky taste some powers have. No after taste. And the flavors are amazing! I have a shake every morning for breakfast, with a banana mixed in. It's filling and I'm good till lunch 4 hrs later. I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend the cookies and cream and chocolate protein powder - Absolutely wonderful.

The product is fantastic. I have been using it for a couple of years now. I use it different ways. With milk ,oat milk unsweetened and yogurt I don’t eat meat so l get most of my protein from Good Protein. I have it for breakfast and before I go to bed. I have told my friends about Good Protein and they all love it. Also the specialist at Toronto General Hospital said it is a good product. 🙏

I really liked the product. It disolves well, not clumpy, nice taste. But I hhate their website. I got enrolled intontheir subscription without knowing. I tried to cancel it and they told me that there was a fee to cancel after the first order. Therefore, it was best to cancel after a second order to avoid the fees. This is not even written anywhere. The profile and subscription are really hard to navigate. You can choose when your next order will be, but somehow when I changed mine, it reordered right away! I was upset because it is a lot of money all at once! The customer service are quick to reply but I felt scammed and tricked nonetheless! I will try to buy their product somewhere else...

Avant de commander, sachez qu’il est difficile d’annuler son abonnement quand vous ne le voulez plus. Le 22 avril j’ai écris un courriel disant que je voulais l’arrêt complet. Aujourd’hui, je vois qu’on m’a facturé et que j’ai une commande prévue en livraison. J’ai contacté le support technique pour leur mentionner la situation. On m’a répondu, c’est notre erreur, nous allons vous rembourser et annuler l’abonnement. Plus tard en matinée, je reçois un courriel mentionnant que ma commande a été envoyé. J’ai clarifier avec le service à la clientèle à nouveau que je ne voulais pas ses produits et que je veux un remboursement. Une autre personne m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible puisque les remboursements s’applique seulement sur les premières commandes et que seulement un échange est possible. Ce n’est pas mon erreur et j’en paie le prix. Ridicule le service !

I've been using Good Protein shakes for a few months and I am thrilled to have found a delicious vegan powder that helps me meet my protein and fiber goals. I have already shared this feedback with them personally, but I hope they never change a thing - formula, subscription, marketing, its all great and perfect as it is. I'd refer anyone to try this, and have given a few scoops out to friends and family. My favourite way to include in my diet is adding to chia seed & vegan greek style yogurt with a little fruit it's the perfect breakfast.
