The flavours are really good tasting, the protein powder is filling, which helps keep me going for longer. It also is something I can have with my bizarre allergies thanks to them not using sugar alcohols. I really love their seasonal flavours like the S'mores one, but make sure you grab a couple because they disappear fast.

I absolutely love Good Protein. All of the flavors are so yummy 😋 there are no chalky aftertaste and it really does satisfy a sweet tooth. I am a very picky eater and if I love it you will to☺️

The taste and texture is wonderful! I have never been to tolerate protein powder and now this is my go to when I feel hungry but trying to control my calories and cravings…..my favourite is the vanilla milkshake followed by the chocolate fudge and strawberry milkshake! Thank you!

I have tried MANY Canadian Protein products and Good Protein is my favourite. My favourite flavour is Vanilla, excellent on its own but I can add berries or peanut butter or frozen banana, endless flavour possibilities I can whip up. The Good Protein web site allows me to tweak my subscription when needed. I have contacted Good Protein customer service through the web site and the response has always been quick, professional, and helpful. My orders are shipped quickly. I am very pleased with this company and their products, thank you! Highly recommended.

Switch up your subscription and send you things you do not want or did not order, then refuse to cancel, return or exchange the order.

I have been a massive fan of the Good Protein product - I have had a subscription for 6 months! I recently ran into an order issue and learned the customer service is incredible. Amazing team, super quick to response and very helpful!

I am obsessed with this brand. I'm lactose intolerant so it's hard these days to find the perfect protein shake that doesn't have dairy or lactose until I discovered GoodProtein. Also the variety of flavors makes it exciting!

The product itself fine, however it is expensive and it's subscription model is terrible. I'd suggest buying a single bag from Amazon or a local grocery store before commiting to a subscription that is more difficult to manage/cancel than your local gym membership.

When I was visiting my brother in Abbotsford my sister-in-law said I should try Good protien shake versus Whey. So they each got me what they thought I would like flavor wise and to my surprise, the Good protien vanilla cupcake with coconut milk was amazing and I am one of the pickiest people and texture people that I know I have now become so addicted to Good protien and the different flavors and have made it travel with me to Europe because I have to have one every day and I mix the flavors that makes it more tasty for me. It is now become too difficult for my sister to ship to me in the states that I now am struggling with what am I going to do to replace Good protien? I hope and pray that you will eventually start shipping to the states because your product is amazing and I have turned multiple people are into your product and it’s becoming difficult for them to get it as well via the Shop app. Please consider having at least one location that will ship to us in the states. It would be well worth your while please continue making your product as I hope someday that I will be able to purchase more when I come to visit my family again.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their products. The customer service is top notch, they are very quick at responding to my emails and super friendly and helpful. As for the products, I have several flavours of the all-in-1 shake and love every one of them, I also have the Chocolate Milk High Protein which is fabulous as well. These products have been a complete game changer for me, I have a shake in the morning before I leave for work and it leaves me feeling full till lunch. I have also lost my sugar cravings which is huge for me because I have always had a sweet tooth which is not the best for my health having diabetes run in the family. I have gone from drinking my Large Tim Hortons Steeped Tea as “Triple Triple” to drinking it “1 sugar 2 milk” since I started drinking the Good Protein All-in-1 shakes. I do mix my powders with the Kirkland Oat Milk from Costco which gives it a nice creamy texture like a milkshake. My only complaint and it really isn’t a complaint I wish it got to me a little quicker, but given the fact it ships from the complete opposite end of the country it still gets to B.C. pretty quick. Last thing, I feel so proud that this is a Canadian made product I will definitely continue to support this business. Keep the deliciousness coming!

After 25 years and so many types of protein shakes, I can’t even keep track, good protein is by far the best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t imagine my life without it. Sometimes for fun I make a good protein cocktail and mix a couple flavours together and see what happens. Highly recommend and I never say this lightly. Do yourself a favour and grab a bag of good protein now.

Excellent, clean Protein source. Tastes great in water. What I like is the chocolate: take some fresh OJ, fill 1/2, add 1/2 water, drop in a scoop of Chocolate Fudge, BOOM... you have a chocolate orange treat, filled with healthy stuff. Trust me.

The products are quite sweet for my taste, but I’m even more disappointed with the customer service.

After receiving my first subscription order, I emailed to say that I wanted to cancel the subscription because the products were too sweet for me, and I couldn’t consume them often enough. They got back to me and offered a couple of options since I was required to place at least two orders. I chose to try different flavors, and the agent helped place my second order, confirming that I would not be charged again after that.

However, one month later, another order was placed and shipped based on what the agent had set up, without confirming anything with me. I contacted Customer Service immediately to explain what had happened.

Despite receiving a thousand apologies, I was still told that I had to pay for the third order - even though I had made it clear after my first order that I did not want to continue the subscription.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience and feels like a complete rip-off. Apologies don’t mean much when I’m still being charged for something I never agreed to.

First let me begin by saying Good Protein is delicious! The customer service team is absolutely amazing, very quick at their responses and solutions, professional and caring. I love the way they treat their clients and genuinely care about their clients. Kudos Good Protein. Suzanne

I had a great experience with Good Protein's customer service. Unfortunately, my order arrived with a ripped bag and some of the product had spilled inside the box. I reached out to their team, and they responded quickly and offered a replacement right away with no hassle.

While it was disappointing to receive a damaged product, their fast and friendly support turned the situation around. I'll definitely continue supporting a Canadian business and look forward to ordering from them again!
