I had a great experience with Good Protein's customer service. Unfortunately, my order arrived with a ripped bag and some of the product had spilled inside the box. I reached out to their team, and they responded quickly and offered a replacement right away with no hassle.

While it was disappointing to receive a damaged product, their fast and friendly support turned the situation around. I'll definitely continue supporting a Canadian business and look forward to ordering from them again!

I tried good protein on a whim. Most of the other protein powders bothered me. I enjoyed them. I was getting them from a few places but tried to go right the source and get them from the website. I saw there was a mint chocolate and wow oh wow it was delicious. Highly recommend

I had high hopes for this since I picked it out from Costo in the Cookies & Cream and Salted Caramel flavours. The flavours themselves are spot on, but the texture is just too sandy for my liking. I even tried blending it longer, hoping it would smooth out, but the gritty texture is still there. Unfortunately, I just can't past it

Bonjour , je suis en mode “j’essaie plusieurs saveur” , et je suis très satisfaite du goût en général… vanille et fraise &crème wow! J’attend ma commande de banane&creme et collagène à essayer. Par contre , je ne suis pas fan de la saveur pina colada Mais c’est une question de goût et de préférence …
Je souligne leur service à la clientèle , il est excellent ! Car j’avais moi même fais une petite erreur sur ma commande. J’ai donc contacté par email le service à la clientèle pour un échange de saveur ou une annulation. j’ai été surprise à la vitesse et la courtoisie à laquelle il m’ont répondu. L’échange de la conversation à été rapide , claire , et détaillé. Sa été vite résolue !

I tried and tested the Berry flavoured protein shake, it’s the best I have tried thus far. Just decided to try out a few more flavours (chai and super veggies). I took advantage of an online offer, only to discover I made a mistake upon ordering. I contacted the customer support and received fabulous support from Charlie. I am impressed, we rarely find that level of service and responsiveness nowadays. Looking forward to testing the new flavours, and kudos to customer service!

I love this product, especially the strawberry and crème. It’s helped me to reach my daily protein and calcium
goal mixed with 0% ultra filter milk. It also includes many very healthy ingredients and mixes well with water or plant based milk. Tried the Pima colada and it’s yummy. I’m also very impressed with how responsive the team at Good Protein are to answer and solve issues. Thanks folks! I highly recommend.

I used chat support to ask why I wasn’t able to order the ready to go chocolate shake on my subscription. Charlie was super helpful and got my answer quickly.
