This company ships so fast
This company ships so fast, love that so much. I have ordered from other candle companies and it takes forever and not packed as well, with broken candles each delivery. I have my favorites but often try new fragrances and haven’t found one yet that I didn’t like. Strong fragrance candles that look well and burns great.

I purchased new candles recently and so far the first 2 were disappointing. They smell good but when burning there is no fragrance and I live in a tiny home. I so far am disappointed in the new ones.

I received an item that was damaged
I received an item that was damaged. I have contacted your customer support email. I received an email from them asking me to send them pictures of the item that was damaged as well as the scent I ordered. I have done that on four separate emails now and now they have closed my case I used to love goose Creek, but after this issue, I’d no longer will be ordering.

I cant say enough about how quickly customer service handles issues last 2 times I ordered candles some came shattered I sent pictures and got the replacements very fast this is by no means goose creeks fault its the people handling them during shipping rest assure customer service is always on top of it thank you for being great!! I love these candles and dont buy any from anywhere else THANKS AGAIN!!!!!
