I ordered 12 candles and three were…

I ordered 12 candles and three were broken.
I contacted customer service, but was not pleased with the service.
They wanted me to take pictures of the broken candles and send them, I told them I didn’t know how to do that, and have not heard from then since.

I have never had a problem

I have never had a problem. I only buy Goose Creek candles and plug ins. Love you products. I give them out as gifts. I have many friends who have started buy Goosecreek products. They’re the best.

I placed an order two months ago and…

I placed an order two months ago and have zero idea where it is. I have received very little help/communication regarding it. Awful customer service and service in general, I will never order from here again.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. Don’t order any of their pre-order things because you’ll never get it and their customer service is basically nonexistent. Their candles are cheap for a reason.
