Candles don’t smell at all.

I first discovered GC accidentally via a late night facebook scroll. I loved the variety and my original order scents were dynamite and lasted the noted 30-days or so. For this order, I caught a really good sale and recently purchased a pretty large order of scents, along with a diffuser product. Unfortunately, the scents I’ve used for this batch so far holds for about 2 weeks and then dissipates. Also, the diffuser product doesn’t work any differently than the normal plugs. I’ll still purchase some select scents but no more large orders outside of what I know holds its longevity.

Goose Creek candles are simply divine. Each and every one I have purchased over the years smell heavenly. The designs on the jars are wonderful and I love when they come out with collections like the Peanuts one from last year or the holiday ones like Rudolph. So adorable! I’ve only had to contact Customer Service twice over the years due to a cracked candle due to shipping and the representatives I dealt with were top notch, very helpful and pleasant and replacements were shipped quickly. Also they have sales all the time and in this economy it is so appreciated. I love it when they have the 5 for $55 deal, I always stock up!

Goose Creek never fails to please me. I think a few of the candles aren’t as strong as the once were but they are still the best.

Candles are packaged well but the shipping time is a bit of a scam, if you don't use their highly promoted 'expedited' fee, your order gets pushed back to slower fulfillment. It's just another add on 'junk' fee companies add for extra cash grab.
The candles themselves are basically dupes of bath and body works, especially the 3 wicks. Most of them are quite strong.
I really dislike their return process. They charge you 5.99 to return a candle. All I want to do is swap for something else. I really think they should be more flexible on their return policy considering most of the candles you'll be buying are blind buys - there isn't a store for you to go sniff them in like there is for yankee or bath and body works. I really encourage them to evaluate their fulfillment policies and rework them so orders go out faster. it's clear that they probably do not want to hire more warehouse workers, hence the 'expedited' fee. otherwise your order just sits after its placed and doesn't get picked for a while. it usually takes a week and a half or two weeks to get my candles which is just really unacceptable these days, especially if you're paying for shipping.

You always have the best smelling candles and your sales are really nice. I never have to wait to long to receive my candles and they are well packed.

I ordered more candles from Goose Creek. The ones I order smells great. I do recommend Goose Creek to everyone to try.

Loved the candles ...beyond breathtaking

My last couple of orders were for fall scented candles (three wicks) and another for foaming hand soaps. Neither failed me. My favorite scents are the fall and winter scents. They always feel like "coming home". Those fragrances with apples, pumpkins, and yes spices bring back the best memories of my life. Many other vendors sell candles but you can barely get a whiff of anything. That does not happen at Goose Creek. When they offer a scent, you can most definitely take in the great aroma. Never overpowering. I am hooked. I will most definitely be back here for future purchases. I simply cannot get enough of these amazing candles. Now as for the foaming soaps, it is like heaven when washing my hands. After wiping my hands, you can still smell the zest in each and every "flavor". These soaps will be my "go to" soaps from now on . I am so delighted with my purchases from here. I will be a future customer because I enjoy good things. Once my orders were placed, I received everything in less than a week. The packaging was perfect. No glass jars broken from the candles and no spilled soap bottles either. To me that is over the top. I have had great shopping experiences with Goose Creek. Thank you for everything.
