I am not going to say this is a scam, but I have 1 investment - in a time of economic growth and abundance of capital that is now in default - and that pays a miserable 6% interest.

Yes i was probably unlucky, but how unlucky? After reading a little bit more I argue the risks here are absurd given the reward. You are better off betting your money at the casino than "investing" it through Goparity.

Es una estafa disfrazada en proyecto de sostenibilidad. Dan dinero a empresas que esa misma semana van a fallar los pagos de sus préstamos anteriores, lo que habla de lo que bien que hacen la evaluación de riesgo. Por suerte no llegué a invertir demasiado, pero estimo que voy a perder el 25 por ciento del capital que metí.
Las actualizaciones sobre el estado de la situación de los préstamos impagos la copian y pegan para todos igual.
De vez en cuando bloquean la cuenta y demoran varios días en responder y desbloquearla.
Al principio parece muy bonito, empiezas a recibir los primeros intereses y te entusiasmas, pero cuando empiezas a analizar, te das cuenta de que es decoración. Sabemos que este tipo de inversión contiene un riesgo, pero en esta plataforma hay mucha letra pequeña e incluso mucha cosa que no figura en ningún lado. Huye mientras puedas.

From my experience of 4 years with this company, most international projects will go into default. I have 9 in unpaid status, some for almost 2 years.

They give very little updates on what is going on with the projects in default. No justification and no timelines for regularisation of the debts. Instead, I get lots of emails from the owner talking about his trips around the world and rambling about some random crap. That just shows these people's characters. Not only they make you lose your money, they also send distasteful emails making fun of you.

They hide behind the banner that "we are helping people and improving the world". I didn't know this was a charity and I was giving money away. It is marketed as a crowdfunding where investors are expected to receive their investment back from most projects, not the other way.

Serious advise, don't open an Account with them. If you already have one, sell all the projects you can and keep your money under the mattress. It will be safer there and you will lose less money.

Os princípios da plataforma são bons. O que tem falhado são a grande quantidade de projetos em incumprimento e a falta de comunicação com os investidores sobre o estado das negociações. Estou consciente que este tipo de investimentos podem levar a perda de capital, mas a falta de feedback é o que me leva a fazer uma avaliação negativa neste momento.

Te permite acceder a una inversión responsable con el medio ambiente con cantidades pequeñas.

Llevo un año invirtiendo en goparity y los pequeños problemas que ha habido los ha solucionado el servicio tecnico con un poco de paciencia

Tenho sete investimentos em incumprimento e vejo passar o tempo e nada resolvem sobre isso.

It's been great to support sustainable and environmental friendly projects. I really like Goparity as we feel close to the team and feel we are part of a community. Besides, the site is pretty straightforward. If I had to write something to work on, I would just say they should have more projects for us to invest. But I guess that will come with time.

Um investimento que ajuda a melhorar o planeta e isso para mim e para todos nós que o habitamos deveria ser o mais importante.

Comecei a investir na Goparity com o objetivo de diversificar o capital, e foi uma excelente escolha. Recomendo...

I'm client since 2018, and they have evolved on the type of projects, and their APP maturity. They are a transparent platform, and I defend the clients rights on each project.

Não consigo fazer mais login na app.
Incumprimento de pagamento.
Registo também foi um stress que foi preciso trocar emails.
Telefono para lá e não tinham ninguem em portugal para atender.

CUIDADO! Dos 3 empréstimos que tenho ativos, 2 deles estão em incumprimento há quase 1 ano.
Provavelmente nunca vou recuperar este montante investido.
A Goparity não consegue garantir que as empresas financiadas pagam aos investidores.

Como empresa financiada, encontré todo el proceso fue sencillo y muy rápido. El equipo de Goparity es muy profesional y claro. Si bien es cierto que los costes de los préstamos son más altos que lo que puede ofrecer una entidad bancaria, estos financian proyectos que típicamente no serían financiables por los bancos tradicionales. De todas formas, los costes son muy transparentes en todo el proceso. Totalmente recomendable

Sou cliente da Goparity há cerca de 2 anos, com investimento em vários projectos, onde apenas uma pequena percentagem teve incumprimentos. No P2P sabemos que há risco. Os aspectos mais positivos, passam pela filosofia da empresa, a pluralidade dos projectos e o apoio ao cliente.
Continuação de bom trabalho e boas parcerias.

The interactions with GoParity's team were easy and efficient. The campaign ran smoothly, closed ahead of schedule and the funds disbursement was quick.

Foi linear e claro o processo de financiamento

Out of 6 projects that I have invested in, 5 are in arrears or stopped payments a long time ago, some of them stopped after the first instalment. This definitely raises the question about the kind of credit and liquidity checks that GoParity conducts beforehand.
I don't think it is a scam and they mean well but their due diligence processes surely need improvement and more professionalism.

Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, há 2 meses que não respondem nem a emails nem a chamadas, não consigo aceder à minha conta, tenho lá mais de dois mil euros parados, isto é totalmente ilegal. Onde está a regulamentação e fiscalização à qual supostamente é sujeita este tipo de instituições...
