A good platform with room to improve
GoParity is a great crowdlending platform for green/sustainable investments. They offer many new investment opportunities every month and the design of the website and platform is very good.
Interest rates are in the lower end compared to similar platforms and there is a clear focus on solarpanel projects. I've had some of my investments not being repaid on time, but not many. The default procedure is laking a lot though. Very little detailed information has come out ever since one of the projects I invested in went into default. It's now been around 8 months and I've only received generic and undetailed updates every 2-3 months. I now consider this investment lost becuase of the lack of information regarding the default status. As always diversification is key though. There's room to improve but overall I would recommend the platform to anyone that are interested in green and sustainable investments.

We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with the repayment timing of some investments and the default procedure. We understand the importance of transparency and timely communication when it comes to investment projects. Your feedback regarding the lack of detailed information on defaulted projects is duly noted.
Since this feedback was posted (Jun 2022) we have been diligently working to improve our communication and procedures. As part of these efforts, we have expanded our support team to ensure more prompt and informative updates and we are also pleased to announce that, moving forward, you can now access the updated status of your projects directly from your account.
To find detailed information about the current status of any project you've invested in, simply log in to your account, go to the Projects section within your Contracts, and select the "Campaign Details" option.
Furthermore, by the end of August, we will be introducing the following features:
1) Statistics Page: This will provide general statistical information about Goparity and all projects funded through our platform.
2) Financial Area: An individualized section available in each user's account, providing statistical insights into the projects each user has invested in.

Excelente site de crowdfunding
Excelente site de crowdfunding, distingue se de outros sites por apoiar apenas projetos sustentáveis. Tem muitos pontos positivos, o que menos agrada é a rentabilidade que é relativamente baixa em relação a outros sites, mas faz automaticamente o desconto para impostos o que é uma grande vantagem na altura de meter o IRS. O valor mínimo de 5 euros para apoiar cada projeto também é a meu ver uma grande vantagem pois pode variar o investimento em vários projetos em vez de investir um montante mais elevado apenas em 1. Recomendo estou muito satisfeito e irei continuar a investir na goparity.
