Fantastic Support from PAC, David, Travis and Chase have Proven to Krypton that PAC is a critical supplier that would be very difficult to replace.

I cannot get an answer on the timing of a shipment. Roughly 16 days into it, but surely there should be some info. Small order, $100, but at least you can communicate with your customer? Email is amazingly easy...

Mark is great, such a wealth of knowledge on static control. Always eager to help and responsive even with small orders.

Service is nothing to write home about. I ordered a product that I thought was in-stock. It wasn't, but I never got an email telling me that but they charged my credit card. About a MONTH later their web site says in-stock, so assumed they would send it then. Several days later I asked where it was and they said they would ship it today. As of now, still no confirmation received. Unless I constantly email them, nothing happens, and their communication is very poor.

Troy Martin gave us amazing communication with timely replies and asked specific questions to help get our non-standard order correct. His timeliness and attention to detail are going to allow us to be successful in executing on our 3P project. Thank you so much, Troy! I wish all of our vendors had this level of customer support! This is the second MFG site I have managed where we have gone with PAC for purchasing new workstations, and I will continue to advertise PAC on future projects.

Extremely poor contact, late shipping, no shipping until I had contacted PAC (10 working days later), and then to be told they were shutting down for good that week with absolutely no communication or off of refund or shipping confirmation.

PAC team setup an easy to use and effective VMI online portal for all cleanroom supply. We are now easily tracking each item. PAC team monitors and replenish the inventory on a weekly basis. PAC team also helps to add, replace or remove items. We don't worry anymore about missing cleanroom supplies. PAC team regularly come to our lab to check and verify our inventory. Excellent service.

I get wonderful support from Cynthia Blank on the items I order form her. Cynthia Blank's location is in northern CA.

Took over a month to ship, once shipped found out it never shipped. Had to call to check on order said it would ship same day, shipped ground 3 days later. Do better.

A minimum order to do business with you? Really? The first time i saw what you had that I needed, I ordered and then cancelled order because I wasn’t going to pay surcharge. Then I decided to go ahead a month later and I ordered and I had to contact you to find out status of my order, shipping, tracking. Really? First day for internet sales? Fool me once!

Very poor communication about delivery timing:
At time of order, all articles appeared to be available. Upon inquiry >1 week later, backorder status for several items was detected and admitted.
"Late" items were cancelled (too late for required schedule), but advance-payment has not been reimbursed as of 1 week later. Still waiting!

Request for quotes have not been answered.
