Worst. Money minded.equal to scammers
Worst, I made payment by mistake and asked them for refund immediately but they said work was already commenced so refund cannot be done, then same lady again says if you do not want to continue then she can discontinue process and still she cannot give refund.

We would like to clarify that our Refund Policy is clearly stated before payment. Refunds are available only when no work has been initiated on an application. Once our processing team has started working on a file, the service fee becomes non-refundable because work has already been carried out.
Discontinuing an application after processing has begun does not reverse the work already completed and therefore does not make the service eligible for a refund.

Horrible experience with inability to complete the application after which the status still sitting in incomplete state. administration assistance non existent and refusal to refund even exaggerated cost of VISA from South Africa.Very unethical company with no scruples and poor business cumin.

No refund for any reason
Once you pay, no way to refund one cent even only filled out one form. Poor custom service, no phone number to contact, overcharged,the purpose is to scam your money. One hour after I paid, I asked refund as my travel plan changed. So one hour of service cost me all fee non-refundable. Do you feel shame about your non-making sense policy? How much service you put in within one hour? Definitely it is scam!
