GoVisaEurope is a rip off / scam visa agency
The service fee of USD 374.25 is still not proportionate if applicants are required to search for and book their own biometric appointment while also paying the official visa fee separately.
If the services you provide are limited to consultation, completing the application forms, and reviewing the documents without assisting with the appointment booking process or providing direct support throughout the application, then, in my opinion, your service is more accurately described as a visa consultancy rather than a visa agency.
Therefore, as I stated in my last email to you, I respectfully request that you reconsider my request for a 50% refund. In my view, this would be a fair and reasonable resolution considering the level of service I received.

My Costly Experience with GoVisa – Save Your Money
My experience with GoVisa was extremely disappointing.
I had to pay €320 upfront to GoVisa to assist with a Swedish visa, but I never received the visa through them. Instead, I applied through VFS Global and received my Swedish visa without paying a service fee.
I lodged a complaint with GoVisa and requested that they consider refunding at least part of the €320 I had paid. Unfortunately, my request was declined.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage South Africans applying for visas to first check the official application process through VFS Global before using GoVisa. It could save you a substantial amount of money.
