Horrible Service from GoVIsaEurope
Hi there
I required an urgent schengen visa and made contact with Govisaeurope which required a payment before assisting. I informed them of the urgency and they assured me that they will be able to assist. at the very beginning they were a little useful and then email responses took 2 days. They incorrectly informed me that I will not need a consulute meeting ( this was incorrect as they had my details and should have determined this fact right from the start. they wasted 2 weeks with limited communication and having 2 people from their company giving me different information I was informed a few days before my travels that I now need a meeting. At that stage the consulate was fully booked and I had no other options and they just ignored me after this. I requested a refund as I was very disappointed ( should they have informed me from the start about the appointment I could have made a provisional appointment but due to their negligence I wasted 3 weeks in total and they could not assist me. They furthermore ignored me afterwards and they did not provide me with a visa. I then had no alternative to get another company which assisted me within a week. I made a large payment online to GoVisaEurope but did not get a visa from them. Customer service and after service was shocking and I would recommend nobody to use this company. there is also no telephone number so I had to wait 2-3 days for responses in a critical time as I had a holiday planned. This company did not take any responsibility and merely refused to refund me - They DID NOT supply me with a visa and it cost me double to get a competent company to assist me with a visa in one week where GoVisaEurope wasted 3 weeks and no delivery. Please do NOT use them, you will be dissapointed.

We assist with application preparation, document review, and guidance throughout the process, but we are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or visa application centre, and we do not issue visas or guarantee visa approvals or appointment availability. This information, along with the scope of our services, is clearly disclosed on our website before payment. Our services are entirely optional, and applicants may choose to apply directly through the official channels.
Regarding appointments, their availability is managed exclusively by the relevant visa application centres and embassies. During peak tourism seasons, appointment availability can be extremely limited, and unfortunately this is beyond our control. Whether an applicant requires a biometric appointment depends on their individual circumstances and is ultimately determined by the competent authorities.
We also regret that you were dissatisfied with our response times. While we strive to assist all applicants as quickly as possible, we experienced exceptionally high application volumes during the peak travel season, which may have resulted in longer response times than usual.
Regarding your refund request, our records indicate that work on your application had already commenced. In accordance with our published Refund Policy, once processing has begun, the service fees become non-refundable.
We take all customer feedback seriously and remain committed to improving our service. If you would like us to review your case again, please contact our support team with your application reference, and we will be happy to investigate further.

It appears I was scammed by this…
It appears I was scammed by this company called GoVisaEurope. I applied in good faith to get a visa for France. I completed the application and paid the fee for a 5 year visa. I even have a visa number: EU-58057. From then on all doors closed. I was unable to get an appointment. I was unable to proceed. When I communicated with staff at Capago office, they knew nothing about above the exitance of the above company. I find it hard not to get rude. I have just lost a load of money for my efforts. I could easily call it the worst experience of my life.
