SCAM! FRAUD! MONEY GRABBING PEOPLE!
This company takes advantage of desperate people seeking for visa assistance. They made me fill out the form, knowing that my travel date is less than a month away. The best thing they could’ve done is to advise me that I don’t have enough time to process the application. But no, they took my USD445 and then asked me to go to VFS LOS ANGELES because they know for a fact that there is no available slot in SAN FRANCISCO where I live. They wanted me to go to LA for an August 25 appointment when my travel date is July 29.
I know it’s partly my fault to rely on this fraudulent company where the main goal is get your money but technically still do it yourself application. If there is a NO STAR rate, that’s what they deserve. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.

MISLEADING
WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - I had a very disappointing experience with GoVisaEurope.
Before paying for the service, it was not made clear that GoVisaEurope does not secure visa appointments as part of its service. In my view, this is something applicants should be told upfront before any payment is accepted.
I also believe the company should clearly inform customers that obtaining an appointment at the Portuguese Embassy is currently extremely difficult. As a company that presents itself as a Schengen visa expert, I expected accurate, up-to-date guidance about the appointment situation. Instead, I only discovered the reality after I had already paid.
For me, this was a critical piece of information because the value of the service depends on being able to obtain a visa appointment. Had I known how difficult appointments were to secure, and that the service did not include helping me obtain one, I would have made a different decision.
I feel that GoVisaEurope should be much more transparent about what is and is not included in its service, as well as the current challenges applicants face. Better disclosure before payment would allow customers to make an informed decision and avoid unnecessary disappointment.
They refused an refund or partial refund for service not delivered. £1200 paid upfront - don’t use this company. They don’t tell the honest truth.

Travel Date Selection Restriction in the Online Application Form
My confirmed itinerary is to arrive in Geneva on 4th July 2026 from Singapore and depart Geneva on 9th July 2026 for Singapore. However, I was unable to enter these dates because the system only allows me to select the dates that are available on the calendar, and my intended arrival and departure dates cannot be selected.
