My experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor, and I didn’t feel I received value for the money I paid. After switching to another provider, the process became much smoother and cheaper.

Be careful before using this service. The official visa website charges around €25, while this company charges €300 or more. These fees are not the official visa fees, insurance fees, or embassy fees. They mainly review your information and submit it on your behalf. They are scam but in a legal way they just email you back to say they review your details and cannot refund the money! use the main website VFS !

Warning: Scam Company for Schengen Visa Services
I paid this company €379 to handle my Schengen visa application.
From the beginning, their communication was extremely poor even I’m paying more to expedite the process. They didn’t contact me directly, and when I replied to their message, they completely ignored me. When I requested a refund, their response was: “We apologize, we will not reply to you.”
Important: They did absolutely nothing. No application was submitted, no documents were prepared — nothing. They claimed the €379 only covered their “review” of the application. Unbelievable!
After this bad experience, I paid less than €50 to another company. They handled everything professionally: paid for my insurance, prepared the full application, and booked my appointment.
Final Advice: Stay away from this company. The positive reviews you see are fake and not real. Don’t waste your money and time like I did.
Thanks god that I have 28 members under my training team were all going to apply through this poor company however I discovered their scam not to late 🙏 BeCareful Please!

This is nothing but a scam and fraud
This is nothing but a scam! I submitted an application on 15 May and paid an additional fee for expedited service only for my application to be kept “under review” for 3 weeks. I am scheduled to travel on 20 June and now run the risk of missing the business trip due to delays in filing a new application with VFS Global. When I requested for a full refund? It was rejected on the basis that a “file” had already been opened but i received no service at all, let alone justification for an expedited fee when my visa application was compromised. I incurred additional costs of applying through the “legitimate” centre in Pretoria. This is by far the biggest scam I have encountered!

I used their online service
I used their online service, paid the exorbitant fee, and halfway through the process realized that there was no bio-metric testing and therefore they could NOT get a Schengen visa for me. I stopped the application and emailed their support line but heard nothing for two days. When I requested a refund they claimed that they had already done work on my application and would not refund me. This is a scam!!
Having read their reply, I contacted them again and requested a refund; they refused again, so I asked them to complete the processing of my application - two days later one of their agents emailed me to instruct me to make an appointment with another agency, VFS Global, get our fingerprints taken, have our photographs taken, have all our documents checked and VFS will then submit, by courier, to the Italian Embassy, after we have paid another fee!! - so this just confirms my view that GoVisaEurope is a total rip-off bordering on being a criminal enterprise!! They add no value whatsoever.
