Absolutely brilliant. I wish that all companies were like Go Zero. Excellent and professional communication/information throughout the process. Any query was answered quickly, the installation was neat, tidy and my wishes for the location of the unit and cable run were fully taken into account. I very much felt like Go Zero does the best by the customer, not a cookie cutter approach to make the job as easy as possible for the installer. EV chargers seem a bit of a mine field, Go Zero took the stress out of it!

Excellent product - works better than anticipated. The install was a dream and Paul was very professional throughout the installation. The App, although I had an initial problem, was swiftly solved by David from Go Zero, and is simple to use and very intuitive, with lots of useful info and options. All in all a very satisfactory purchase and experience. Go electric - Go Zero!

The wallbox makes living with an EV far easier. The unit looks good and the app is intuitive to use. A friendly wallbox installation experience is the cherry on the cake. Keep up the good work, guys!

I don’t do reviews as rarely experience good customer service these days but I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to get an EV charger installed. The whole service from survey to installation has been faultless. It has taken about a month overall from purchase to installation but you are helped and advised every step of they way. Installation day was superb, the installer had some obstacles due to my house design but managed to get the job done professionally, he also walked through how the charger and app works which was helpful. Oh and the charging point looks really good on the wall unlike many others that I have seen! Highly recommend!
