A second class service not really suitable for purpose.

Great product, and excellent service. The mobile app makes it easy to control scheduled charging, you can even charge others for using the facility. Up and running in no time: FIVE STARS.

If you wish to experience real customer service then you should be dealing with Go Zero Charge. From my initial queries through to ordering and subsequent installation of my home wall charger, the service has been superb. Clear communication with friendly & professional service throughout from all involved. My thanks to Nikki in Sales, Lee & Mark in Installations & Simon, the installer.

We had a charger fitted. Just like to say that the electrician who fitted this was very professional and very helpful in explaining how everything works with the app. He was happy to answer any questions and though it was raining heavily that day he remained to install the charger and remained professional throughout.

I purchased this charger through Costco and have to say the EV charger is great, app is brill. Tech support were prompt and gave great advice. Mark was particularly helpful, advising how to get my car to release the charger plug when it got stuck and even called me on the day of install when my charger was not responding due to an my power being off.
Installers were very nice chaps and installed in a clean and tidy manner, unfortunately there were a few issues both on the day of install and immediately after. Go Zero however have been excellent at getting in touch following install to ensure I was content and that all issues were resolved. Mark was again the main contact and has done a fantastic job. I can't praise him enough.

Fantastic Service end to end. Every time I called I received a quick response and followed up by confirmation. Electronic survey was easy, chatted through a few clarifications and from purchase charger was live in about 2 weeks.

Installation team were first class also, arrived on time, concealed the cable internally without any mess and supplied a small piece of trunking free of charge, while tidying up all the mess.

Absolutely delighted with the service and the charger, would highly recommend.

I purchased a GoZero charger through Costco for £959.98, which includes installation. I thought this was great value considering the costs of OVO Energy charger pricing, as well as installation availability.

I ordered on 13/02, and the survey was received on 15/02, with installation on 23/02 - this was extremely fast.

The quality of service and instructions from the head office team were very fast and always precise.

Disappointment:

1) OVO don't support the charger. Although I was informed that OVO are in discussions with GoZero,

2) Connecting through Starlink Broadband was problematic, as the charger would not recognise the connection. Later found to be the fact that Gozero connect prefers 2.5ghz over 5.

*I respected the fact the engineer did not give up and phoned multiple colleagues to get this connected.

Positive:

1) Arrived on-time and the working environment he was installing within was super clean;
2) Friendly and knowledgable;
3) *Unique selling point; he arrived in a Tesla, and once installed used that to show me the charging was working and gave a demo on how to connect and what it would show
4) The app is very simple and well designed. However, I won't be using it due to OVO stating that I only need to use their app which connects to the Model Y;
5) The price point offers extreme value.

*more enginers should arrive in Tesla’s or other EV’s as it allows us to see what it would look like in operation*

I have paid for a 5 year warranty .
If you read my contract you would see that was the case.
If you are charging £800 unit you should test every one for functionality . I am sure you have to under uk regulations.
So the goodwill is not true ?i paid installation and 5 year warranty I suggest you also check your details and facts
So refund me the installation extra costs then £200

Great experience using Go Zero for my home EV charger. Communication was excellent from day 1. Installation went smoothly and efficiently. The charger itself is compact and stylish and works great. Using the built in charging schedule makes sure that I only use my cheap tariff hours to charge my vehicles

Very pleased with this charger so far. Installations was straight forward and all was taken care of by GoZero from start to finish. Guests have found it easy to use and definitely an advantage as we do not have any local chargers nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering an EV charger for their own use or business.

The Go Zero Charge Optimus charger looks good and works well. The communications has been great and the install was professionally done. The price via Costco was also appreciated.

The very frustrating part is that the Optimus charger is not supported on Octopus Intelligent Energy tariff !!!
