Go Zero Charge Reviews 

I used the EV charger first time to charge my Electric car. I found it very easy to use the ' Go Zero Charge' Apps. I found out so easy to use it from my mobile and did not have to go out to the car or EV charger. It is just amazingly good.

The installation was great but a close call with the charger delivery being the day before.

The team were very helpful throughout the process. Install was efficient and competent. Overall, very happy and I would recommend this product.

Absolutely great service and totally lived up to all the positive reviews, one of main reasons for choosing this ev charging solution. Lee was very supportive on line and Spencer did a fantastic job on the installation - very professional, highly recommend this company.

Had Spencer come out and fit a new charger for me. Top bloke, top work. Would highly recommend.

Received my Optimus charge unit with everything required to swap out my dumb BP Pulse box. Job was done by my local EV charge electrician. Took about an hour. Looks fabulous on the wall of the garage. Software easy to use - I did have to query something, but it was the car and the charge schedule I'd set up squabbing. Nothing to worry about. I am planning to put on in my holiday home so I can offer guests charging.

Excellent customer service with regular contact and updates to the point of installation. Spencer who fitted our charger was knowledgeable, explained everything and did a neat and tidy job.
The charger looks great, is easy to use and has a fantastic app. What’s not to like.

The whole process from ordering the Optimus Smart EV Charger to having it delivered and installed went very smoothly.
Installation was by their own qualified electrician who installed it in a neat manner and explained the various parts in a simple manner.
Downloading and installing the App was very simple especially as they had sent the activation code as part of the sales pack.
The App is very easy to use and the charger is smaller than some on the market and so does not dominate the wall. I am very happy in the way it operates,

Couldn't be happier.
I saw this advertised at Costco. Did my research but wanted a longer tether, so I called them. Their direct price was significantly more expensive but they agreed to match the Costco price for the base unit and charge me £100 for the extra 2.5m length tether (expensive). You had to do the photo survey which took some time and care.. got a phone call to go thru it and double confirm but was confused with the email back saying there would be charges if the very things I had pictured weren't in places (ignoring the discussion around the virtual survey...clearly a standard T&C).
I got a text the day before from the installer stating the time and to the second my bell was rang on time.
We discussed the cable run and where to hang the box. He did his due diligence checks (earthing, isolator switch) and I left him to it. It took about 1.5hrs in total, with a demo using his Tesla and tips on trouble shooting. Simple as that.

Thanks a lot to Simon to install our EV charger and going an extra mile to hide the cable as best as possible.

Our first EV charger and bought based on reviews. The unit looks really sleek and the app is simple to use yet has all the relevant info to hand.
Customer service was good keeping us informed all the way through to installation and was installed sooner than we anticipated.
Would definitely recommend.

Bought this from Costco UK with the installation included. Everything worked out brilliantly. The remote survey is a great idea, and takes any guess-work out of the equation for when the installer arrives. The unit was sent by secure courier in plenty of time for the install window.
The installer arrived on time, and very quickly got it all up and running and showed us how to work everything
Very professional service throughout and a really nice looking and smart (in all senses of the word) wall box.
