Go Zero were awesome through the whole process - having to do your own survey is a bit of a pain, but cheaper than having someone come out, and where extra photos were required, they helpfully talked me through exactly what was needed. Simon, the installer, was excellent - professional, polite, friendly, helpful and informative. Nothing bad to say, very happy owner of a new EV charger and no complaints about the process.

Highly recommended they sorted a EV charger and fitted it with the minimum of fuss.
The install is very neat and left the house tidy.

The whole process; from buying the EV charger; delivery; to installation was handled very professionally. Once I completed the detailed questionnaire, an engineer got in touch to clarify one or two things and then a date was set for installation. The installer was professional and gave us information on how to get the most out of the charger. Very happy so far .......

Ordered the charger from Costco. Simon was a great installer and even though I was not present at the time of installation we had a decent chat over the phone over how things worked. So far everything is working great, very pleased with the service and communication from GoZero!

I purchased the charger from Costco. Go Zero communicated clearly and arranged a survey via video and I also sent them photos. On the day of installation Spencer Thompson explained the process. Once installed he demonstrated the system and also how to deal with the app. He also left the house clean and he was very polite. Thoroughly recommended
