Great service from the initial survey, installation and after care support. Answered all my questions prior to installation and made the process seemless. 6 months on and still going strong. Great looking charger and great options in the app.

Go Zero were great from the initial enquiry to the installation day and whenever i have a question for them.
They ensured the installation was carried out to up to date safety standards. The installer was very professional and demonstrated the procedure for charging.
Go zero staff answer their phone very quickly, help with queries and make follow up calls to ensure all is well.

From start to finish Go Zero was helpful and insightful. The sales team were transparent and the install was seamless, and real smooth operation, on top of that the aftercare team are always on hand for the smallest of queries, for someone with limited knowledge of charging electric vehicles it’s reassuring to have Go Zero’s specialist to hand.

I was very impressed with the highest quality installation of my Vehicle Charger. The Engineer explained every step of the installation. He demonstrated a transient charge of my Car and set up daily off peak tariff at my request.

The experience from ordering to installation was as smooth as silk. Communication was first rate, and the installing technician did a brilliant job. Terrific!

While it took longer than expected to get it installed, the rationale was well explained (need for an isolator, sign off from supplier). The installation experience was fantastic and my only suggestions for improvement echo another reviewer - the app on Android won't install while dark mode is on, and integration with intelligent octopus would be great! Other than that the staff have been extremely friendly and attentive throughout and I'd happily recommend!

Great service. Installed very professionally. The two installers were careful and their work was of a high standard. I am really impressed, especially since they had to lay an extended length of cable. I highly recommend them.

The fitters could not have been better. Faced with some problems they never gave up and was friendly, polite and professional. Did a fantastic job and left the job spotless. I was so impressed I am having another fitted

The customer service at GZC is second-to-none, hence the five star review. I’ve never had a more quick, efficient, professional and pleasant experience from any other support and/or installation team. Many thanks to Mark and Lee for their support at every point.

In terms of design, the charger itself is sleek, however there appears to be a seemingly pointless button on the charger and the wires come from the bottom and so aren’t easily hidden. Besides these two minor design flaws - 5 stars!

Really fantastic - very easy survey process and the installation was a breeze, very tidy (even though it was a bit of a tricky location) and really awesome communication throughout.

The installation and communication are fantastic and a very nice team to work with, couldn't ask for more I have used Costco so I got a good deal a lot cheaper than market prices and includes SPD(surge protection device)

Coming to the software side(EDIT 04/10/23)
App won't work in the following areas
1. Dark mode
2. It's not compatible with intelligent Octopus yet which conflicts with having the Octopus app on my mobile leaving my car uncharged

Neil CTO of the GoZero has personally looked into the issue with the miscalculation of the wattage and the team has sent an overnight OTA to the ChargePoint now it seems to reflect the right detail, very happy with this kind of focus I'd highly recommend gozero as their commitment towards the product is really fantastic, looking forward to the updates on the rest of the inputs.

Can only comment so far on the order and survey stages as not had delivery and install but so far it has all been top class. Helpful and great communications.

I was asked to ring my energy provider to get another switch before the EV charger can be installed.. lot of hassles which is unnecessary for a customer

Excellent, hassle free process from start to finish, with outstanding personal customer care at every stage, from initial enquiry, sales and - most importantly - fitting. I would highly recommend using Go Zero.
I was dreading have an EV charger installed, as there did not seem to be an easy route through my house, I was being told about upgrades to my power supply, and it could take ages. All absolutely not true with Go Zero: instantly spoke to a friendly team, no upgrades or changes to my power supply were needed (my power supplier said I needed an isolation switch - don't wait for them to do this - Go Zero's installers can do this too as part of the installation). Spoke to me regularly all the way through the process and were always instantly contactable if you needed to call them. Outstanding.
