Go Zero Charge Reviews 

I started looking at EV chargers and spoke to Pod Point and BP Chargepoint, as these seemed to be the biggest brands on the market. The customer experience with both of these was dreadful, with so many requests for photos of my fusebox and videos of my house.
So refreshing to have been introduced to Go Zero, who take all the pain away. Such an easy process to get it installed. It's also a great box, which is 100% reliable, as they fix things remotely when it stops working - this happened to me a couple of days after it was fitted. They let me know they had fixed a minor issue, and I hadn't even realised it wasn't working properly!

After researching various home charger options, Go Zero Charge was by far the easiest to deal with — great customer service and made everything super easy and stress free.

The online booking was smooth and you get to choose your own survey date / time to suit you. The survey was done quickly by Ryan and I was able to book my install within a few weeks (again at a time that suited me).

The installation itself was straightforward and the whole thing was done and checked within a couple of hours.

I am delighted with my charger and would highly recommend Go Zero to others.

The service I received from this company has been excellent from the very start, they explained the whole process and answered all my questions. Andy kept me informed on the progress of my order and installation. Today the engineer arrived early and carried out all the work involved really tidily also ensuring we were happy with the positioning of the charger and set up.
The Go Zero EV charger is a smart looking charger and the app is very easy to install and use.
I am very pleased I found Go Zero Optimus as they take care of everything including the survey which other companies don’t.
I can highly recommend Go Zero.

Go zero made this whole experience so easy. I was informed at every step, they checked my home before quoting and installed the charger at the time and date agreed. Ryan was a true gent and patiently showed me how to use the charger. I haven’t even got my new car yet 🙈.

At first I went to Nottingham’s car charging store and they made it so complex I walked away because of to many questions on what they needed to get it installed. I searched around and came across go zero and they made it really simple and it does what I need it to do, which is charge my car. It works great, the go zero box looks cool and the app is really simple to use.
