Pride demonstrated in the product and the company
We had fantastic staff helping us view, make payment and receive delivery. Pride in the company and job was evident by all those we came in contact with and the high quality, comfortable sofas are fantastic.

Not Premium Quality
Not the premium sofas I assumed I was purchasing.Both sofas showing wear, all be it small on the leather after 6 months.One cushion showing dipping and being replaced 3 wear marks to be painted.Not the quality expected from well known company.

Fixing my creaking joints.
My one year old 3 seat settee developed a creak when sat on. I reported this to my retailer who said they would pass it to G Plan. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by G Plan and an appointment was made for a technician to call 2 days later. The technician (Steve Perberdy)quickly discovered the problem and not only fixed it but took steps to ensure it does not reoccur.
Excellent service, fast and efficient.

Good customer experience
We had a slider break on our G plan settee. We wrote to G plan and Tara replied explaining where to find the manufacturer labels etc. This was actioned quicker than we were expecting, 5 sliders turned up, no charge. Fantastic service.

Bought a leather recliner for £2000…
Bought a leather recliner for £2000 three years ago, noticed it lost all it support about six months ago.
I live alone and thought it was unacceptable so contacted the supplier (Glasswells) and was told too late buy a new one!! It’s like sitting on a marshmallow, never recommend or buy G Plan it’s dreadful.

Whilst foam will soften with usage and this aspect is now outside of the warranty that was offered, a new seat could be supplied and fitted by a technician. Your retailer would be able to arrange this, through ourselves however, there is likely to be charge. Your retailer would be able to advise in advance of the anticipated costs and and options available to ensure you are able to enjoy your chair for years to come.

The sofa I ordered was such great quality and very stylish. The staff who dealt with my order were very professional and especially helpful at dealing with a minor issue I had. The delivery team was polite and respectful and worked hard to ensure a safe delivery up a steep driveway and stairs.

Comfort and style
Gplan are more expensive but I purchased for comfort as well as style and it is well worth the premium price. I am very happy with my purchase. One of the sofa's did arrive with the wrong feet but this was identified by the guys that delivered it and was soon corrected. I did have to wait a couple of weeks but this does not change how pleased I am with my new sofas.

Service repair - all good.
A leg broke on our new suite as it was being loaded for delivery (these things happen). A temporary replacement was fitted by the retailer so delivery could go ahead on schedule (which was appreciated).
A service technician came to our home a couple of weeks later and swapped the leg for the correct one. Excellent communication, friendly technician - all sorted quickly & efficiently.

chair mechanical part underneath has got to be replaced , both chairs noisy when engaging, loud banging noise, engineer says normal , not impressed wish I hadn’t paid all that money for them,
Rubbish mechanism on one chair the mechanism only half connects
On one chair it has a felt pad
On the other chair it has a plastic pad
Why are they not the same this should be added to the first review I did expect better from G plan

We have a rigorous quality assurance procedure in place, which should ensure that all pieces are despatched in pristine condition and fully fit for purpose. As all of our furniture is handmade, we always do our best to work with our retailers to offer assistance or a resolution should a service issue or query arise. We would also advise that we are one of the very few UK upholstery manufacturers who test our products to full contract level standards, rather than solely to general domestic standards. This more rigorous testing regime is specifically designed to give us confidence in the durability and suitability of the materials and components we specify from our global suppliers.
We would assure you that, should you remain unhappy, you are absolutely entitled to request a second opinion. As your contract of sale is with the retailer, a further review would need to be arranged directly through them and we would, of course, cooperate fully with that process.

Suite deilvered promptly
Suite deilvered promptly, wrapped and protected extremely well. The two men delivering our furniture were very pleasant and thorough with unwrapping the suite and taking away all packaging. Delighted with product.

Purchased the riser recliner chair…
Purchased the riser recliner chair through furniture village. Colour was matched to the suite I was purchasing as they don't stock riser recliner chairs for the model of sofa I purchased. While a little pricier than some places for similar type of chair. I know g plan are well made, comfy chairs and this one hasn't disappointed

We purchased a leather sofa about12…
We purchased a leather sofa about12 months ago. A small fault developed. We contacted G-plan and they sent a technician, Rob Green, to investigate. He came with a replacement cover, but when it was fitted the colour did not match the rest of the sofa. Rob took batch numbers and a Swatch from the sofa. He has come back today with new covers and fitted them. They are now a match. He also investigated why the footrest was making a noise when it was being raised. The cause was quickly found and resolved.
Rob has been tidy, polite, friendly at all times. The appointment was for 9.00 , Rob was on time.
