I felt tentative buying from Grandy's Camera knowing that the two expensive lenses I had purchased could well be travelling half way around the world to get to me. Communication was excellent. At all times I knew the delivery status and they used Fedex who also kept me well informed. The lenses arrived really well packaged and in pristine, mint condition with all the original packaging and documentation.

Helpful advice, knowledgeable and very responsive on the chat function.

Ordered Olympus TG-7 which was delivered from Hong Kong 1 week later. A little anxiety until it appeared on the Fedex tracker a few days after ordering.

Very misleading company buy at your own risk! Asked where the camera was shipping from and do they have stock in the UK? Grandy's could not answer the question blaming they have a dynamic stock as they are based as an offshore company in the UK and products can be shipped from Hong Kong or Thailand! What a Joke of a company and after delving a little deeper into this company the BS1 4DJ address has no history of Grandy's Camera being there!

Very happy. Took a week or so to arrive due to a temporary stock shortage but was emailed about this. Packaging wasn't very well protected but the camera and box arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent price for a perfect product (Canon EOS R6 Mark II) Helpful chat service on the website and delivered in good time. Very happy!

Great price and good service. Although it took a little long for ID check and products were shipped from Hong Kong, I never found any issue. I will come back to this shop next time.

I purchased an OM camera at £75 less than the best alternative price. I noted that from the website that the camera might come from H.K. and I was worried that it might not be a genuine product.
Ordering proved easy, and I was sent confirmation that the camera would be sent from H.K. via Fed Ex.
I duly tracked the package using the ref number provided, as it moved from source to Belgium and onto the UK. Fed Ex delivered it, no additional charges.
The camera is perfect, and I successfully registered the guarantee on OM's site. I'm delighted! Thanks!!
ps I also should mention I made a number of enquiries on the web chat before buying. Responses were speedy, polite, and as it turned out, accurate!

Like many other buyers on here I was very sceptical about using Grandy’s Camera, firstly I’d never heard of them before plus their prices seem too good to be true. The price of my camera (Canon R7) was £400 cheaper than U.K. prices. After reading the trustpilot reviews I gave it a go. The camera took 5 days to arrive but you can track it throughout its journey with FedEx. Arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition with U.K. plug for the battery charger, the only downside is lack of 12 month U.K. warranty. I will definitely use Grandy’s in the future. Great prices and communications. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helpful experience chatting (live chat) with the assistant prior to purchase. Purchase the item and was informed every step of the way as it was fedex'd across the globe to my door step in the UK. Item was in immaculate condition and works as expected.
