The installer clearly took geniune, justifiable, pride in his work. He paid carefull attention to even the smallest detail. This is reflected in the end result with is nothing short of superb.

From completing a request form online, to the finished transformation, I cannot fault this company. Communication with Hazel & Philip was easy & consistent. There was no hard sell at all. The workmen who converted, first our cabinets then our benches, Sean, Dean & Lee were a pleasure to have in the house, everything was tidied on completion. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result, it looks like a brand new kitchen with absolute minimum of any fuss.

very pleased with my new worktops-easy to order, professional fitting and I unfortunately had a problem in the kitchen resulting in the workmen causing some damage to the worktops but the Granite transformation team were very helpful and came out and helped refit and make good the damage.

From the very first visit the advice and explanation of the products to be fitted to the worktop and also the sink etc. The professionalism was outstanding from start to finish.

We are extremely happy and pleased with the kitchen as it has created a whole new environment.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Peter came round to give a quote which he left us with to decide there was no pressure. Decided to go with the overlays which were fitted by Henry brilliant job really pleased with them fitted within a day - would highly recommend which l have already done to a family member, would definitely use again in the future.

Every stage of the makeover was handled professionally and the workman were very understanding when I suffered a bereavement during the process.

My granite transformations etherium worktop, installed in October 2021, developed 6 chips along one edge over a period of around 6 months. I could think of nothing which could have caused this, I asked about a repair, from the Derby office, who were our installers, I was asked to send photos and was told that this "look like chips due to damage, i.e. a pan catching the edge etc. so that's not covered on the warranty." I insisted that this was not the case and submitted a poor review to Trustpilot. At that point the office changed its mind and today the repair has been expertly done by Gary at no charge. After nearly 5 years of use, these worktops look brand new.
