Visited the showroom in Bolton, liked what we saw and arranged for Derek to do a site visit. Derek was very helpful and offered good advice and estimates for various options soon followed. We choose our preferred option and a fitting day. The kitchen was measured up before hand for the overlay worktops, a replacement dishwasher was ordered and a few replacement doors were ordered from elsewhere and included in the cost of fitting. Fitting day went smoothly with knowledgeable and friendly staff and completed by late afternoon. The worktops look great. A few days later we discovered a slight blemish on the edge of a worktop which was attended to quickly and without any fuss. I would have no qualms about recommending this company to others.

I ordered quartz overlays for my kitchen worktops. My experience was brilliant from first enquiry to arrival and fitting. I met 3 different members of the team who were all really good and all went out of their way to help. The overlays look amazing, I'm really glad I chose Granite and TREND Transformations and would definitely recommend them - great team!

Shaun was great, I communicated with him several times as I had been bitten by a previous company and lost money. Shaun was understanding and supportive all the way through the process. The two chaps who did the installation on the day were great too, new exactly what they were doing and did an amazing job.Alison in the Holt office was very supportive too.

The installer was excellent at his job but the company we used did not provide base cupboard end panels in the same material, and did not reply to emails, which detracts from the finished end-design of the expensive new kitchen worktops so minus 2 stars for customer service.

Highly recommend the Bolton branch. From first visit to my home for quote, to Chris & Dan fitting granite overlays and splash backs, the experience was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Hard working, polite and treated my home with care. Kay in the office is lovely. Very helpful and friendly. I’m delighted with the job and glad I chose Granite Trend.

Hello happy with my new worktops
Had to wait longer than expected as initial order broke in the workshop.

Excellent to deal with. Excellent product! Very pleased.

The entire job - work surface overlays and new sink - was completed within a very short time and looks beautiful. There was a small dent in the first sink they put in but a replacement was sent immediately. Very impressed with the whole team.

I needed replacement kitchen cupboard doors. I chose a decorative shaker style . I was never told that the style could not be produced on doors/drawers under a certain size. I only found out when the doors were being fitted. When I queried this with the company they simply said they thought I knew because there were some pictures of plain fronts in their brochure. They did not accept they should have explained to me before I placed the order. The company has never actually responded to me. The response was from a part time self employed agent who has cannot accept he had a responsibility to explain what could and could not be made. I now have a kitchen with 5 out of 14 doors which are plain and look odd.

I was thinking of putting a new Kitchen in. Someone recommend I contact Richard from the Banbridge office, regarding revamping my existing kitchen . Richard called give advice on covering the work top in quartz. He advised on who could paint the kitchen cupboards. First class service, very friendly and helpful. Total cost of the quartz overlay and painting of the kitchen was £4600. A new kitchen would have cost over £40,000. I am delighted with the finished, the service and the money saved. The kitchen is fabulous. All the work was completed in 3 days no mess. Five stars for Richard.

We had Aaron in this week from Banbury to replace all of our kitchen cabinet doors, plinths and kick boards. Aaron was polite, left the site tidy every day and worked really hard - a real professional! Our kitchen is completely transformed and looks utterly amazing. We highly recommend Aaron and would give him 10 stars if we could.
