This company is a complete scam. They send daily emails inviting you to participate in studies that take at least 15 minutes, often requiring you to be on video and share personal or business information. Their website claims payments are issued within 48 hours, but after waiting a full month, I still hadn’t received anything.
When I reached out, they changed their story, saying payments can take over 30 days. After following up again, they changed their story yet again, saying that the reason it had taken so long was due to technical difficulties they had been experiencing (for a month?), and further claimed my submission was disqualified for “quality control” reasons, without providing any clear explanation—meaning they refused to pay me at all.
I’ve since seen many similar reviews from others reporting the same experience. Despite this, they continue to send emails encouraging participation and promising payment that never comes through. Do not waste your time, and do not share your personal or business information with this company. This appears to be nothing more than a phishing operation.
UPDATE: April 29, 2026 - I have viewed the company's response below and while they try to make it seem as if they take this seriously, THEY DO NOT. I had already contacted Customer Service twice before posting my initial review and they are not responsive and continue to lie. Notice the vague terms they use, "strict processes", "established review and quality control procedures" and "verification requirements", and "predefined criteria", however they never tell you WHAT those processes, procedures, requirements and criteria are, they just use it as an umbrella statement to protect themselves. I am one of thousands of people they have scammed, it's not just me.
UPDATE: April 29, 2026 - You have posted a second reply after deleting your first, and this second reply of yours is also vague and incorrect. YOU ARE A SCAM and you asked TrustPilot to remove my review. I will not remove it and I will continue to repost everywhere on the Internet BECAUSE YOU ARE A SCAM. My claims ARE, in fact, aligned with what you did to me and thousands of others.

Grapedata collects your data, and then terminates the contract with $0 payment, no warning, no feedback. They cite "errors" in your submission and then refuse to provide any evidence or respond to messages. Total waste of time and professional resources.

Good platform but delay in payments, and That sucks for sure.. Good are the times they used to be transparent nowadays I feel like they aren't as much as supportive.

Never take their surveys, especially if they offer to do so through Upwork. They will then reject your survey and automatically give you a bad review on the platform, thereby lowering your rating!

I’ve tried several survey sites over the years, but GrapeData is in a league of its own. The B2B focus makes a huge difference—instead of wasting time on low-paying consumer surveys about which cereal I buy, I actually get paid well for sharing my industry knowledge.

Despite meeting all stated criteria, my compensation was withheld, which directly contradicts the terms presented to participants.

My real experience is so good with platform but they have some limitation about payment and review task. Overall, they still the best platform to earn some money in free time.

I thought I am helping to research, though after a few minutes sharing my data, I realised to help sales and marketing and selling my data to be targeted by calls.

Did a survey in good faith spending a lot of time on it and even let them use my passport to verify my identity and they still disqualified me. I have better things to waste my time on.

I sondaggio sono lunghi e complessi, spesso tecnici, ti fanno andare avanti anche 30 minuti un ora, superi più filtri iniziali e ti fanno completare il sondaggio. Il giorno dopo arriva il messaggio sei stato escluso o rifiutato! Risultato tempo perso e zero rispetto! Questo è un comportamento oggettivamente scorretto, perchè: la preselezione dovrebbe avvenire prima e non dopo. Se vieni escluso a fine sondaggio, andrebbe comunque riconosciuto un compenso minimo! Il tono delle comunicazioni è spesso freddo, automatico e poco educato!

To be honest the time they take to review and pay the task makes it not worth it

They blocked my account for no valid reasons and held my money, just because i earned some dollars they can not let go. And they want me to send my ID directly via email, which is not right and i can not do it because i have read this review here: "Do not share your IDs with this company, I shared my ID after my account was suspended and they asked for my ID after sending it via email then a week later I was called by my bank that someone with my ID was trying to impersonate me. Please this company is a friend and they will take your money even after you complete surveys."

You must pay out every balance before you block accounts because we spend money to get right responses from right respondents.

Typical scammers. Will tell you one fee up front then when you accept they will lower it 75% then they will create a reason to not pay you at all so you just wasted your time. They only harvest your personal data to sell. Just a scam, avoid.
