Sensationally surprised!
I purchased a full exhaust system including downpipe for my Mazda RX8, let me say this, I would have happily paid double. The quality of the welds are brilliant, the quality of materials used is great, the price is bonkers cheap and overall the whole exhaust system is a straight 10/10. And not to mention the sound! Fantastic bit of kit and I am very very happy with the results! I hope you read this because I also sent an Instagram message of the exhaust noises!

The delivery was very fast the only let down for me was the exhaust hangers were slightly to long and I had to cut away some of my heat shield to stop it rattling

No customer service at all
Recently bought a full exhaust system for my ford fiesta ST, claimed to be a direct fit! Got this installed by local mechanic who has been dealing with all my cars with no issues so far. However, this exhaust systems back box did not fit straight and started to melt the rear bumper. I have contacted gravity ( they did not even respond at first ), and they still claimed that this should be a direct fit with small adjustments and we were doing wrong apparently! Anyway I said we are all human and could do mistakes, went back to the mechanic, no luck at all. Tried everything together, and does not sit straight. any adjustments that we made either made the exhaust hit the rear axle or sit with an angle. I have emailed them back and all they say is that they wish I was around so that they could have a look HAHA! OH! they also said their R&D team were looking into this and they would get back to me with an update ASAP. First report was on 28th September and last i heard them was on 16th October. All I heard was they were looking into this and checking what they could offer. They once said they might send a replacement back box, which was never sent. They seem not to accept any mistakes that they might have done while welding the brackets ( as if manufacturing defect does not exist ! ). I now have an exhaust that does not sit straight but with an angle which melted the rear bumper due to not sitting straight. Thanks gravity, well done. Customer service at its worst thanks to you guys.

I can see that we have been in contact with your self to rectify this issue, we can only apologise for the delay here. It is difficult for our R&D team to point out the issue with limited pictures, this is why we suggested coming down to us so we can see the fitment of the system to see if there is anything that can be done with this to resolve your issue. As this is not an option for yourself I have spoken to our R&D team again to inform then of this and also what else can be done to resolve this issue. Awesome company 10/10.
I searched online for an exhaust for my 25yr old Range Rover P38 and found Gravity Performance with reasonably priced quality parts upgrades on their website. Sam answered all my questions I asked and was very helpful, so I ordered the exhaust and it arrived in super quick time, the quality of the exhaust is premium and being stainless steel will last a lifetime, it also looks fresh from the back instead of those rusty ole original back boxes really happy thank you GP
