I've had my Kamado for the best part of 6 months and it's still like new. The quality is superb and the food tastes fantastic. Still learning and experimenting, that's the fun of out door cooking all year around.

Kamado+ Large delivered well packaged and built up and working in no time, looks fantastic and holds temperature really well, the accessories mean you don't need anything extra and have everything for all types of cooking, its a great purchase and well worth the money.

Had been looking to buy a kamado for some time and very pleased I decided on the kamado+. The build quality is fantastic and the accessories are first rate. I had to wait for delivery but was kept informed. Excellent customer service.

Firstly this is a great product, its a shame the peripherals make the experience less great.
The website seems buggy (IOS users). I could not place an order and had to get help via chat, but no solution worked. Eventually someone from IT emailed to say had been reset and to try again. This worked. I except the wait for the Kamado, that’s life these days. However I kept getting emails to say stock was in and place orders while it was available, whilst not getting any delivery update. I contacted again and was told that dispatch would be at the end of the month for arrival 1st Oct. All was on time, no problem there. Before the delivery I did research on how to set up the Kamado. There is very little info on the website. The one set up video is at high speed and does not go into to detail. The other video’s don’t play any sound on my iPAD, so no help there. On the day of the delivery I was sent a set up link, the instructions are next to useless. I spent hours on the internet going through a competitor product (Kamado Joe, which is identical in all but colour!) to work out what bit went where. On arrival after opening the boxes I found that the pizza stone had a chip in it. I reported this straight away, and got an immediate response and apology, and was told I would be sent a replacement. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the replacement. I have had not response to the email I sent this time.

Having been shopping for a kamado for a few years I came upon Grden on social media so preordered a Kamado+ large after significant research.

Delivery dates were clearly communicated from the outset, even with the current issues of sending goods from mainland UK to NI.

Order arrived on time with delivery updates clearly communicated. The build quality of the grill is fantastic, definitely on par with the more expensive rival brands.

Throughout the process of ordering both Christian and Sophie have responded quickly to emails, during normal hours and out of hours.

I could not recommend this company enough, having dealt with some larger bbq suppliers in the UK the service and quality of Grden has surpassed them significantly. Great company to deal with and will purchase more products from them.

Unbelievable bit of kit! Best purchase during lockdown without a doubt. Still getting to grips with it all and the sheer amount of gear you get with the Kamado+ (unbelievable). It makes you want to do proper cooks every single time.
Whilst I had to wait on occasions for delivery updates and got various different dates for delivery, service on the whole was pretty good, bearing in mind the issues they had with shipping.
I was in the market looking to buy a Kamado for a long time, and GRDEN Grills literally ticks every single box. Well done guys! 👏
