After careful consideration and a recommendation from a good friend, I went for the Grden V2 which has been a fantastic choice. The owner delivered the Kamado and set it up as part of the white glove service and Inhave not looked back. I use the V2 about 3 times a week and find it ao easy to control temperatures and the food is amazing. Great bit of kit and great service.

Absolutely fantastic. Customer service and communication has been excellent. Even more impressed with the V2 in the flesh. High quality all round. Easy to put together and super efficient. I’m particularly impressed with the coaster wheels which are properly heavy duty and allow you to move the V2 around with ease given that it weighs 130kg. Very happy purchase.

After much research and comparison with much pricier competitors, I was super pleased to receive my V2 and taken aback by the quality of the build, standout style and service from Grden. Minor delivery damage to the accompanying side wings was easily resolved and 2 cooks in this is a superb komado bbq which is the envy of all who witness!

I did a lot of research before buying a Kamado Grill, and very happy that I chose Grden! The build quality is of a very high standard, and Ivm very impressed with everything that came with it, also bought the Rotisserie to go with it. This weekends job, will mainly be cooking and eating! A simply stunning bbq the V2 has the looks and the quality to deliver amazing results. The service from Chris at Grden was superb. I’ll be adding some of the planchas and a baking stone soon

The V2 Kamado I ordered was delivered very quickly and customer service (Christian) was extremely helpful. One accessory (one of the wings) was damaged in transit but a new one was on its way within an hour of reporting the issue.

The product seems very well built and assembly was simple even though it’s heavy. The pallet was too big to go through our narrow garden gate so I built the stand and my wife & I lifted the Kamado onto it before wheeling it into place.

The V2 now sits proudly in the garden! We also ordered some of the cooking accessories and they all have a sturdy, quality feel.

We used it for the first time yesterday evening and we’re very pleased with the result. The built-in ToGrill thermometer made it easy to monitor the temperature from within the house. A must if you live in the UK! I’m looking forward to attempting Sunday roast on it today!

Not much I could say other than perfection. BBQ is just unreal, so glad I didn’t get the kamadoJoe. It’s so well built and so versatile.

After 20 years of grilling over an open pit BBQ, we finally bit the bullet and bought our 1st Kamado.
After weeks of researching and visiting countless garden centres and taking into consideration our budget limitations we bought a Grden V2 Kamado.

WOW..! Next level grilling..! Recipes that we have taken us years to adjust to our preferences bring a whole new and vastly improved results..!

We decided to go with Grden V2 mainly due to our budget limitations, a well known Kamado manufacturer equivalent, (including the accessories we bought - Rotisserie, Pizza Stone, multi level cooking rack, multiple cooking surfaces, etc), was the best part of £2000 more expensive..!😳
We like the look / colour and it comes with a digital thermometer that has an “App” for your phone..!😜😂

What ultimately made our decision is the excellent customer service we received from Grden, their helpfulness, no pressure to buy, no attempt to persuade you to over spend and always happy to answer any questions…
I cannot recommend them highly enough, they even gave us a sack of charcoal and fire lighters too..!👍🏻

From start to finish, this has been an amazing experience as a customer (very rare these days). From talking with support online via their chat function as I had questions pre-ordering, all the way through speaking to Beth about the delivery, receiving the grill and setting it up, it has all been fantastic.

As for the grill itself, what can I say other than simply amazing. I researched kamados for three months before buying and the V2 beats ALL kamado grills at this size, at both lower and higher price points. The 20 inch diameter is the perfect size for both family meals and entertaining. For well under 2k I purchased the V2 and ALL accessories, making this the superior choice of kamado grill in this country. Given the big two USA kamados are well overpriced when purchasing in the UK. If you don't believe me, just research them in US dollars!

The build quality is epic - it's basically a tank but it still maintains that delicateness you want to see when opening and closing a heavy kamado. It lights like a dream and holds temp like an arctic sleeping bag, it's just brilliant. The digital thermometer comes as standard and probes directly into your meat - this would need a £200 spend if you wanted to replicate on another kamado. The acacia wood stand and side tables also give this tank a certain feel to it, in other words, it's cut from a different cloth.

I'll leave you with this thought - if you're in the market for a kamado grill at around the 18-22 inch range and you're thinking of a sub-£1000 unit, save a little extra and get the V2. If you're looking at spending above £2000 on the KJ or the BGE, why?? Save your money by also buying the V2, you will NOT be disappointed.

I recently purchased the V2 Kamado from GRDEN and I am quite impressed with quality of the grill itself. It's built like a tank (and the colour makes it look like one) and the quality is excellent. The V2 Kamado grill performs brilliantly and has exceeded my expectations in terms of its features and durability.

There were some issues with the delivery process, as some components were missing when I received the grill. I contacted the customer service team at GRDEN, and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. They quickly sent me the missing components and were very apologetic for any inconvenience caused.

Overall, my experience with GRDEN and the V2 Kamado has been very positive. I would highly recommend this company and their kamado to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, reliable kamado grill with great customer service. Despite the initial missing components, the customer service team's prompt response and commitment to resolving the issue quickly and efficiently has left me feeling satisfied with my purchase.
