I have not received my travel…
I have not received my travel documents. I have tried to logon but the verification code is not being sent to my email address. This needs sorting asap as I need my policy documents. Regards Liam Hartnett

Truly dreadful customer service. Communication is appalling, the staff I spoke to were very poor and seemed completely unaware of the travel disruption situation. I sent six emails and received absolutely no response.
We have the Gold policy, but based on this experience, the cover feels absolutely useless when you actually need help. Customer service and communication have been hugely disappointing.
