Good customer service

New Holiday Insurance Policy
I took out a policy online and realised I’d missed a medication from my medical declaration.
I called up and spoke to Christian.
He checked with a colleague regarding my query.
The HRT medication in question did not need to be declared.
This put my mind at rest and happy that everything is accurate/up to date with my holiday insurance.

The day before I was due to leave my mother fell ill so had to cancel the holiday. I had insurance with insure and escape and my mother had coverage with another company. I emailed insure and escape and asked if I could be part refunded as I didn’t travel. I initially dealt with Charlie and then Diexter.
The service was unbelievably beyond my expectations! Fantastic and caring and the speed this was done in was within a few days.
Brilliant service brilliant company highly recommended.
And I’m still awaiting a response from my mothers insurance company!
