Having twisted my ankle the day before my holiday i went to A&E to get it looked at. Worried if there would be repercussions with my insurance i.called Insure & Escape spoke to Bradley and explained what had happened and that it wast bone damage just ligament and tissue. He quickly reassured me it wasnt a problem and that an email would be sent. It arrived and like my initial experience found it all to be easily understood and navigable. Once again 10/10 to I&E.

As a ‘senior’ with medical conditions, I had received several outrageously expensive quotes from comparison websites for a forthcoming trip. I called Insure & Escape after having conducted an extensive search and reading several positive reviews. In my case, I dealt with a representative named Diexter. Diexter was courteous, professional and patient with the many questions that I had. He took the time to explain everything that I had questions about and ensured that I understood the specifics of the various policies being proposed. Ultimately, I was offered a policy that met my requirements for a price much cheaper than other providers - and I received a 10% discount! The paperwork was sent immediately and the company informed me that I have a 14 day cancellation period. I am generally very thorough and cautious in my business dealings but felt confident that I’d made a good decision thanks to Diexter.

Easy to set up travel insurance, i got the cheapest quote with insure and escape with with a few medical declarations, ineven missed one one out and phoned up it was sorted and paid within a few minutes, I'll definitely be using them again!
